“I have learned the power of saving, that is what I find at Aldi, my ability to keep a few dollars in my pocket by shopping at stores which reward its customers with discounted products. Perhaps, this business model has led major chains to promote their new business models by lowering their prices. Aldi have slowly entered our market but our community have spread the word out and their brand has brought in new dictated shoppers. The fact that their inventory is somewhat limited is precisely what allows them to offer lower prices than most other stores. The Biscayne store has plenty of parking and its site is compact and yet easily maneuverable. One more thing, remember to bring your reusable shopping bags, and be grateful for helping our planet and enabling higher store discounts.”

“This place is amazing new Republic's very clean staff is very friendly any questions you could go to anyone there they usually all know no one really puts you off and tells you to go ask someone else all in all the store is ran very well. Management is awesome and anything that I cannot find at my official Publix closer to me, I come directly here! They are rarely ever out of anything. If they are out ut had to be do to a sale or shipping issue during a Hurricane. Again Management has this store running so Excellent that its needed to be said! So the masses can understand how quick it is at such a busy spot!”

Found this on one of our walks in the neighborhood and it has exactly everything one needs if you are in Miami for a few days and also on a budget. “This little gem of grocery store is hiding in plain site. There location used to be Save-A-Lot. The store is immaculate. They carry items you can't find at other local grocers.They also have hot food. Very fresh and delicious.”

“I love love love Key Foods. It is a smaller version of Publix. Exceptional customer service. Jam packed with a variety of shelf goods, frozen goods, deli and even a bakery serving up Cuban coffee and pastries. Very well appointed ground provisions section. Never out of stock with both local and exotic fruits. Always the freshest seafood and a wide selection of meats - not your typical supermarket selection. Which puts them in the number one spot to shop for such items.
There’s always staff available to help in the aisles. I call them soldiers or men in black. They’re well dressed, all in black, and wear earphones for communication with other staff members. When I tell you they’re very polite, attentive and eager to assist, they are. The cashiers are friendly as well. A1 ❤️

“Short version: Excellent management, particularly JenFirstly, I’m an instacart shopper. That means that sometimes certain employees believe that I don’t deserve to be treated with the same dignity and respect as a standard customer.I shopped an order here, a very large one, and left a cart by the front with permission from an employee. When I returned for it, it was gone. This was very disappointing as I worked diligently for an hour to locate the items. When I went to customer service, store manager Jen came to save the day. She went above and beyond in helping me relocate the items. I would like to personally thank her here again for her efforts. Her commitment to customer service is reflective of the Publix experience I’ve been accustomed to over the years. Thank you.”
“Although I do love this super market, lately I have found its staff are not that friendly anymore... Basically the new members are coming in too raw, or perhaps is the resulting effect of too much video games or social media. “I absolutely adore this place for sourcing my fruits, vegetables, and fish. They do an exceptional job at descaling and gutting the fish, although being Haitian, I still give it an additional rinse. I appreciate that their supplies are always abundant. It's an excellent shopping venue, particularly for people from diverse cultures. The pricing of limes and plantains here is quite reasonable.”

“I visit this place almost every two weeks to stock up on my meats fresh produce with a wide variety I been going here since it had a different name. I went today and for the 1st time a cashier wanted to open up the bread to stick her nose in it. 1st time it has ever happened Mayelin was informed what was in the bag she insisted in opening my bread after touching money and every item other people touched they should provide clear bags for bread. It’s unsanitary for her to breathe inside the food that is not covered. I spoke to Alondra she said that this is protocol but again it’s unsanitary. People are coughing and sneezing all over the place. Again unsanitary period to open with her dirty hands the handle were I will open it as well and touch the bread and cross contaminate whit everything she previously touch like blood from meants spills on the belay and worst of all money.”

Her friendly demeanor and expert knowledge helped me choose the perfect meats and cheeses, and she even suggested a few new items that I ended up loving. Tony in the bakery was equally impressive, going above and beyond to recommend the freshest bread and pastries. His enthusiasm and passion for her work were evident, and it made my visit to the bakery a real treat.
At the self-checkout, Gyna was a standout. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring I took full advantage of all the available sales and discounts. Her keen eye for savings and her proactive approach made the checkout process not only smooth but also enjoyable.

They were closing because of the rain deluge but the store manager was just as courteous and kind with us shopping till the last moment. He gave us local advice, too, what flooded street to avoid. What a sweet guy!”
