Coming from being a Customer Service Manager, when dealing with customers start incorporating more questions to understand the needs of your customers.
Example!
1. What color is your truck? This is to see what color letters would be more suitable for the logo.
2. Do you currently have a logo on the truck? If it does, you can advise the customer that you could remove it for them for an additional cost. Or they could have it removed themselves prior to your install.
This would eliminate any misunderstanding between you and your customers.
You can not expect your customers to think like you do or assume they should know.”

On Friday, I went there to ship a package to my sister, and as things happen, the delivery was having issues. Trying to get through to UPS Corporate was a nightmare, but after I called them, Jason and Luis were all over this and got the issue resolved very very quickly.
That type of customer service is very rarely seen. I know that people are often quick to complain, but in this case, they deserve all the compliments they can get.
