1. Majorly understaffed.2. Elevators don't work3. No hot tub, has not worked apparently in months.4. House keeping is out of control here. Just beyond horrible. Skipped house keeping twice.5. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

1) We arrived hoping for a relaxing trip and were greeted by rude Rosa at the front desk reception, who told us we were confused on what room we purchased - we actually weren’t. We paid for a king bed and had been told we would receive 2 double beds due to our party’s foot handicap. Our short interaction with her rudeness left us unable to take the welcome drink and left a bad taste in our mouths from the beginning of our rare holiday together. The staff’s condescending attitude is not only uncalled for but appalling considering this is the hospitality industry and should be common sense for you all.2) On Monday, Nov. 20th, our WiFi was out from 2am-10am, and the front desk continued to hang up on us as we asked for the problem to be addressed, as we needed to work for our respective employers. We were very appreciative of Oscar who finally fixed the WiFi. The management team then refused to comp us any fees (after staff member Tamera promised us multiple times we would receive a $100 credit), and ultimately refused to even comp a coffee. Her lies and the entire staff’s lack of apologies to us were disturbing and reflect its lack of empathy, people skills and training. We were promised the director of the hotel would call us to sort out the comp issues, but he never did. These people don’t care. They still owe us $100+ and I expect to have to dispute more charges due to this hotel’s lack of integrity.After all this trouble, mgmt refused to comp us even a measly coffee (10 bucks a pop and way too weak) after causing us so much stress, nor did they bother to apologize - in fact, they acted like we were the ones that caused their WiFi outage. The crooked toothed coffee manager, Alexander, had zero people skills and threatened us about giving a good review and refused us a coffee even after all the stress the staff put us through. Later another bartender told us Alexander considered us ‘just another Jew looking for a freebee’. Despicable. Yet, it was the hotel who dropped the ball with no functional WiFi when my friend and I needed to work and were unable to do so.3) Valet fee of $98 was charged to my card when we had no car. No apology from the staff about trying to scam us (Tamera) and pocket the cash.4) Our room was in need of repair - sink was clogged and floor boards were bulging and broken. Room coffee was far from even 2 star quality. TV was out half the time and pixelated when it was working. The room phone didn’t work and the front desk continually hung up on us when we called to address items.5) The balcony was nice, but the windows on the 12th floor and the balconies are disgusting and in desperate need of attention: Windex. The pink pads on the chairs are in desperate need of cleaning.6) the $30 octopus from the restaurant was tough and rubbery and barely 4 inches in length.7) the walls were paper thin, with the man in adjoining room blasting music late at night even after we made staff aware after 11pm. Nothing was done to stop it.8) None of the hot tubs are functional and it’s been months now since they did work.Take it from us - just don’t stay here - unless you want to deal with condescending attitudes, be discriminated against, lied to and defrauded out of money.

Terrible front desk staff, terrible service, night bartender looks pissed always. Manager on duty who i was sent to speak about issues was a tall gentleman who said to me if i am not happy with the stay i should leave. Never had someone tell me that in a hotel especially i was here on my anniversary. The hotel was the worst part of the miami vacation. I though i would share so others dont fall in the same pathRooms: floos are peeling and balcony is dirtySafety: No security or doorman at night- lobby is like a icu at 2am- dead and quietFood & drinks: Overprices and service isnt that good. Can of cola after taxes and automatic tip is like $10

Outstanding place to stay in Miami beach. Clean and comfortable rooms with great views of the beach, ocean and pools. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Valet was good, parking is very expensive but at least they charged my Tesla overnight twice included at their destination charger. Walking distance to many restaurants grocery and drug stores for convenience. Will stay again.

Came to stay for a week while working in the area, deeply regretted it. They charge over $1,000 a night for a suite and they have the nerve to tell me that i cant fill up my water bottle through the water dispenser that they have for guest to drink from. I am only allowed to use there cheap cone cups left out outside all day collecting dirt and dust. Talking about the cups give out in the hospitals. This hotel should be embarrassed of themselves! I learnt my lesson and wont make this mistake again. Pools argent heated & Jacuzzis are broken and they have very few beach chairs so if the hotel is busy be prepared to lay down on the sand! They have like 5 managers and they are all a waist of money, only way i see this hotel prosper is if they fire all there managers and management team and get new people. As the current ones are lazy, looked pissed and dont even smile at you. They look at you like they are doing you a favor. Many more issues with the hotel, not worth my energy to write more then i did. Business will be going elsewhere

I stayed here with my family, we got a nice room with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. The location is great! There is one problem and its the reason i give this place 1 star. Customer service is beyond terrible. The front desk manager was very rude and disrespectful and didn't seem to care about any concerns we had. Don't recall his name but he is the Tallest manager and he walks around like he owns the place. Also if you are going with children keep in mind the pools are freezing and dirty. They have 1 employee for 100 people and they charge $70 a day for resort after taxes which is more then st regis and ritz carlton and expect you to return your towel to the other side of the pool otherwise its a $25 charge. So you pay $650 a night to stay in a ocean front and you need to return your own towels after yourself. The hotel is more like a 3.2 star hotel in my option. WITHOUT PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE HOUSE IS WOURTH NOTHING! Lastly dont expect to get home keeping or front desk to answer any calls from the room, we called multiple times for service and info but they kept placing us on hold.

Honestly the most beautiful view, walking distance from all kinds of restaurants and markets, the bed is to die for. Disappointed that sky bar was closed but both pools are great. Drinks at bar are VERY expensive so maybe check out other spots first.

Ivy made our stay amazing. We come every year for our birthdays and ivy never fails to help us have the best stay. Hotel was beautiful , amazing views great drinks & food. Can’t wait to stay again!!!!

Came here for my anniversary for the 2nd straight year and proposed here. Couldn’t ask for a nicer and more cooperative staff who made the proposal so so special. Judith is at concierge is the nicest person ever and made our stay literally the best weekend ever. Can’t thank her enough! Fabulous hotel and views. 10/10 recommend!!

Really nice hotel. When checking in my 2 year old was having a fit. We were doing everything possible to get her to settle down. The person checking us asked us to please control out child. I wish he would have offered us parenting classes on how to control a 2 year old.

Adrian, Jonathan, Rosa Girón, the bartender, the beach chairs staff, and several other employees were AMAZING. I have to use a wheelchair most days due to my disabilities. Sometimes, I need to feel close to the ocean for my spirit to feel solace and peace. The staff ensured to help me so much. Kuddos. Super clean all around!!!!! I loved it.

We absolutely love this hotel. Richard R at the front desk was so incredibly accommodating! We were here for a one day trip, and he was so helpful and kind. Thank you Richard, we will definitely be back!
