Spent $160 for the Pauline 32 stem. Very disappointed, first picture is website, second picture is what was sent. You can see no cala lillies. Not as full for 32 stems. Beware.

Ordered flowers while in transit to New York from Australia. When we arrived flowers were waiting at our hotel and were beautiful.

Ode a la Rose came to my rescue when another florist I had placed an order with informed me that they do not deliver to Georgetown University. It was my daughter's 19th birthday, her first away from home. Ode confirmed that they would deliver, and got the flowers to my daughter on the same day. My daughter was very happy and said the delivery person was very nice, waiting at her dorm in order for her to receive the flowers personally. I would definitely recommend Ode a la Rose.

I have to send my bouquets from France but every time, Ode de la Rose has come through for me with gorgeous flowers that are fresh and that last for more than 3 days. When I’ve had a problem (like delivery date) the staff was on it and got the problem resolved immediately. I’ve sent flowers in NYC, Chicago and LA, and all have been beautiful.

Always on time, always get more than you pay for. "Deluxe" bouquets are 'actually' worth it! They were my go-to in New York, and I'm happy to see one (and receive the same quality product and service) nearby in Miami.

I ordered a floral delivery on 01.24 for delivery the next day. Upon my confirmation, it stated the delivery would be between 9:00am - 7:00pm and that I would receive a text when my order was put together. On the 25th, I never heard anything so at 2:54pm I called the office. I was told they would call me back with an update on my order. I received a call back an hour later saying they had a delivery going out. My order wasn't delivered until 7:25 pm and I never received a photo of my order. I had the recipient take a photo. We ordered the Ella with extra stems and upgraded to the waterfall vase. I'll let you decide if you'd ever order from this company....
