Don’t go here for photos. Equipment not working. Nobody knows how to operate. Wasted 45 minutes for passport photos. Heading to a Walgreens instead.

I never write reviews but I’m quite upset. CVS has a terrible customer service policy for their photos. I ordered photos for my students on their last day of school. Half of the photos came in blurry and others had lines in them. I needed some of the photos to give as gifts.
I wanted a refund for the ones that were damaged. The store told me that I have to return all of them in order to get a refund. They cannot give me a partial refund for the damaged photos. I wanted to keep the ones that were NOT damaged to give my students as gifts.
Since I am keeping some of the photos, the store nor the corporate wanted to rectify their mistake. They refused to give me partial refund and would only give me a refund if I return all of them. They could have easily issued a gift card or a partial refund.
It is an awful customer service policy. I will not be purchasing photos from CVS again.

Rosana at the CVS in Surfside is always amazing. So helpful and patient. CVS is lucky to have her. She really cares about the customers.

A few of the Items I came in to purchase weren’t in stock. I did self checkout and staff member watched me like a hawk to make sure I was scanning each item- customers who are honest are made to feel like thieves. Instead of watching me so intently maybe they could offer to assist in the checkout. CVS should offer customers who do self checkout a discount as they are working.

This pharmacy has the WORST and I mean absolutely WORST customer service I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. I called to ask if my prescription could be transferred back to my home state and the lady continuously cut me off and insisted she knew what I was about to ask (she did not) kept tell me about the prescription there which I could no longer get because I’m back home in Texas. I tried to explain my situation and she kept getting snappy with me for asking questions (as in what do I need to do to get the prescription transferred) then insisted “she already told me that” when she in fact didn’t (hence why I asked the question in the first place) I told her that I would like to speak with someone else because she was being extremely rude for no reason and she hung up on me, literally hung up on me in the middle of trying to get my prescription situated. So not only was I getting an attitude from someone who’s JOB there is to help people, my problem wasn’t even resolved. I wish I got her work ID information so I could file an official complaint with CVS. People like this should not work in customer service.

I usually do not write reviews but this one is important for me. The Pharmacist (supposed Supervisor) named Vanessa at the CVS in Surfside Florida (zip 33154) location with the last name "none of your business" as she said to me was the worst person I have dealt with in a customer service position where you are supposed to help patients. I had just spent the entire night at the ER with mom 78 year old mother who was not breathing well. Her doctor prescribed cortisone around 5:30pm and left a message on the CVS Pharmacy machine since no one answered the phone. This is my moms pharmacy right by her house. I live 30 minutes away so I rushed there to be able to get it before they closed at 7 so that she would be able to breathe better through the night.When I arrived they told me that there was no message. I called the Doctor who luckily answered and had him on the phone. He told me that he had left a message awhile ago and asked if he could please speak to the pharmacist since they don't answer their phones. He was trying to call and they would not pick up. (yet she seemed to be able to speak to other people on the phone). I was asking if she could speak to him or find a solution since it seemed the machine was not working. She refused. ZERO effort in finding a solution. This is the type of Supervisors that CVS hire. Instead of helping you and finding a way when there is not much more time for me to get her medicine, She robotically sent me away. Very cold, and without even being able to look at me from a distance just said there is nothing she can do. She didn't even have the decency to approach me to speak to me; only from a distance said to go somewhere else, possibly Publix. At 6pm at night she is advising me to go to a pharmacy where the phones work. All of my mothers insurance info and details is at that CVS. Meanwhile most pharmacies were about to close and that meant driving another 30 minutes away from my moms house (in traffic) and having to see if I can get in touch with the doctor again at 7pm at night. meanwhile my mom is not breathing well......I was beyond stressed worried about my mother and the timing of the situation. She was so nonchalant and could care less to help me resolve this that I burst into tears from the stress.My mother will be moving her prescriptions to Publix where they treat people with kindness and they try to help and find solutions.I am a CVS customer in the Sunny Isles Branch and they are very helpful and kind every time I go. Surfside needs a New Pharmacist that is there to help their customers, especially when its more an emergency situation; not push them away. I will NEVER go there if Vanessa is there again.
