ZERO STARS FOR THIS PHARMACY. This pharmacy and the pharmacists are beyond terrible. Not only unhelpful, but rude, condescending, and dismissive. I live across the street and while I've always experienced negative issues with the pharmacy, my last experience with the 3 women behind the counter has pushed it too far. They do not answer the phone and today told me "they are too busy". They are unwilling to call insurance if needed again because in their words, "we are too busy". I have been in 2x a day every day for 3 days in a row. Every visit results in a new excuse - insurance trouble. I ask what kind? "We cannot tell you." Instead of calling to confirm a medicine has been discontinued, I learn when I arrive again. I've never witnessed a more rude staff, and inept staff. I will be willing to drive out of the way simply to have an interaction that doesn't make my blood boil. I'll explore Publix pharmacy or one in Bah Harbor now. Truly, if you can avoid this pharmacy, do yourself a favor...and avoid. I wish there was a way to get this review to CVS Corporate so they could reorganize and help save the brand.

Horrible pharmacy. Stood in line to pick up my prescription and when I presented a discount card, I was asked to move over so they adjust. Once they did, I was then asked to make the line again to purchase the prescription with no regards to having wait behind people I arrived before. They are rude and can't imagine people have plans.

So let's talk about some things. First things first this cvs does not stock up! Meaning every time I look for something I have to ask them to look for it in the back because they usually don't refill anything. Don't bother asking the staff for anything, they just don't know. Even tho it has been the same people working there it's always the same answer. Oh I don't know which isle, or I don't know what this is, but the best excuse so far : no habla ingles! YES A CVS WORKER TOLD ME HE DOESNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! Since I've been shopping there a lot due to different circumstances I know where most of the stuff is at this point. I even helped out another lady trying to ask the staff who just said I don't know and walked away from her! Luckily I just bought the same product a day earlier and she got what she needed. I'm seriously asking myself why customer service is not being fixed! Honestly! It's a shame! These people don't want to work! You can see it in their faces! Every time I have to get something which is locked and they need to open it up with a key I get an attitude! So sick and tired of this place!

Lara the pharmacist is wonderful and super helpful. I always get my prescription on time and accurate. Also, the rest of the staff is helpful and sweet.

It's weird to see negative reviews for the pharmacy because it's the only positive experience I've had there. The worst CVS in terms of convenience items - food and beverages (including bottled water) are always out of stock. This is a busy intersection and always a busy store but they rarely staff anyone. Self service checkouts always broken. Very poorly managed store and needs intervention. There is a lot of potential with this location but is severely neglected. I guess corporate doesn't look at reviews.

ZERO stars for the pharmacy. Particularly the pharmacist named Elizabeth. She is vile, rude, unkind and not helpful in the least bit. Further she proceeded to call me uneducated and when I told her what a nightmare it is to deal with this pharmacy she stated "that's a reflection of you". Worst customer service ever. She needs to go work in the back office where she doesn't have to deal with customers.

Terrible experience. The pharmacist couldn't even count the right amount of pills I was prescribed. I called them up and they said I have to come back again for them to count it again. Seriously? Very rude personal

Horrible I just moved here from Newport Beach where everybody is lovely nobody smiles they're nasty the one lady has a loud voice and never helps me she insists ideas my extra bucks but I haven't I would never lie I have the best customer service in Newport Beach the black I won't be coming back there even though I have class at rather go to a different one the pharmacy took forever to help me and then she was nasty like right now there's a line and nobody says can I help you they should be reported and re-staffed

The rudest staff ever. Both at the pharmacy and upfront. I was treated very poorly and rudely. Never going here again.... Pharmacy is the worst around. Highly recommend never using this location!

This is the worst CVS pharmacy or any pharmacy for that matter. Nobody answers the phone! I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my prescription and it's still not ready. I even got a letter in the mail from my insurance company stating that my prescription was approved. The WORSt pharmacists offer zero help! Been on hold for almost an hour for the second time in 2 days.

The pharmacy is terrible. I had a prescription refilled here for a three month supply and a full month's worth of pills were missing. When I contacted CVS customer service about it I never got a followup past the usual 'we have received your complaint'. I have had several smaller-scale issues with the pharmacy before, as have neighbors and family members so this was just the final straw. I had to call my doctor and switch to a different pharmacy.

Needless to say as the majority of the reviews before me have claimed, this is the worst Pharmacy experience I have ever had. The poor Pharmacist was frantic and trying to be "polite" while being horribly rude. At the end of my nightmare experience from hell pharmacy visit, the prescription had not been filled! I don't blame this pharmacist who is definitely on the verge of a nervous breakdown, I blame corporate. This CVS is understaffed. Corporate HR you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Please staff properly and with proper training, even people with degrees, i.e. frazzled pharmacists, need customer training.e I have been a customer of CVS for over 25 years. Corporate get your store acts together and I will call you back.

Had the worst experience filling a prescription...the pharmacy tech was too lazy to follow up with my insurance company after recieving a error message while attempting to fill my prescription! Said she was too busy to do so...only after I called them myself and to confirm that everything was in fact covered....did she call them herself to verify! Four trips to this cvs to fill a simple prescription...horrible customer service..the pharmacist on duty was ambivalent and the store supervisor was as useful as ice to an eskimo....avoid this pharmacy at all costs

This place was actually a bit of a godsend for us during a long weekend in Bal Harbour. With few other options in the way of affordable necessities close to our place, the 10-minute walk to CVS was convenient and let us feel more at home during our visit. Cereal and milk, beach necessities, toiletries, etc. can all be found here. Pretty much everything you'd find in any other CVS. Self check-out is super easy and fast, and the prices are reasonable considering it's totally a convenience stop. Bought coffee + creamer here, sunscreen, and breakfast needs, and it was an easy detour right on our way home from the beach. Pending another visit to the area, I'd definitely return!
