Thieves! I'm ashamed for the poor people who have to work and lie to customers to sell subscriptions ... my case was simple, I had an iPhone 11 Max and I sold them for $ 800, sold I thought, big joke because in fact, they make you a plan where you buy a new phone and you deduct per month! But they don't tell you that! A few months later I phoned customer service and thought I'd found an honest person who lowered my rate! BUT AT WHAT PRICE, that of losing my first subscription plan and now paying for my new iPhone without the belly discount of my first iPhone !!!! THEFT! I contact them today and for not finding solutions they tell me we will open a case!!!! Either yes you were robbed but that's AT&T policy !!!! Humanity is gone, I'm depressed, I just have to take a lawyer and buy my phone and change for less worse if it exists !!! BE VIGILANT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE AN IMMIGRANT, THERE PROFIT AND LIES ARE EVEN MORE AT THE RENDEZVOUS !!!!!!

Jerard and Arie at the ATT store on Harding in Surfside truly went above and beyond to get our new cell phone restored despite numerous issues concerning our complicated situation involving multiple phones and out of state owners. They used all their initiative and intelligence until they got the job done successfully!They persevered with patience and humor and were so nice and helpful.We are truly so grateful for their help!

The other day I came to your location to purchase a new phone because my iPhone was outdated. I was attended by Gerard after much conversation he mentioned he’d be transferring to another store. With that being said i’ll be traveling to that other location to see him for all my AT&T needs.

The young lady put a new SIM card in reg it. The phone was working there and in the car I could receive all my missed call messages. But now I am home and tried to call my doctor it said I am not connected with a network??? Same back again I can't make any calls .
