Brad, District Manager assisted me and my siblings during the black friday sales. We had an amazing experience as he was attentive and extremely patient as it took us quite a while to decide. He made us feel comfortable and we definitely had alot of fun shopping. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much Brad!

I came back to the store with my sister. We wanted our necklace and ring cleaned and my sister wanted her diamond checked in her necklace. I think her name is “Evelyn” told us “Did you buy that here?” Of course we told her yes(It’s the necklace that we bought from almost a year ago and we bought the LPP). She then told us “No, we do not check it here”. I was just shocked, her tone sounded rude and unwelcoming. She proceeded to “clean” our ring & necklace by just going to the corner and coming back very quickly. Our jewelry honestly didn’t look clean and shiny. In my experience of getting my jewelry by this same location(by another wonderful person “Cary” who was very knowledgeable and passionate) and my store location, It takes a little time to clean it. I was just disappointed.

This place is wonderful, and the service is amazing, especially Evelyn and Cary, this personnel is easy going and the best in service. I had a wonderful experience buying at Zales today!

Last Black Friday, Brad, the district manager, looked after us and was a really personable and kind man. He looked after my two sisters and I for hours because we looked at a lot of jewelry. He is incredible! ?

I came back to the store today (Nov 27, 2023) and was welcomed by Irina. She was lovely and personable. I hope to see her again when I come back. Thank you so much for addressing my concern Irina! ?

When I returned to the store today, August 17, 2024, I was dissatisfied with Evelyn's treatment of my sisters. All they want is the diamonds in their jewelry examined and cleaned. After dipping it for a minute, she returned it to my sisters still wet. It's unfortunate that she too spoke in such a rude tone.
