Xfinity sucks. Its employees miss informed customers. They are under trained. They have very low customer service. One of them at plantation store never took the eyes from his cellphone to talk to me. Plus, xfinity has the worst coverage of all cell companies. Recommendations: Do not do business with this company.

Although the young man was cordial, the store had only him this morning. I waited 30+ minutes before he finished with the first customer. Took under 5 minutes for me. This okay, but a little more training would be nice so I could have heard " good morning, I'll be with you soon". Either way a large store like that should have more than one staffer .

Do not go to this store they know nothing. They added a land line to the account, that we did not request. When we questioned them they told my MIL that they needed to add a cell phone to delete the line. The bill kept getting higher instead of fixing it. Every-time you go in to fix they give you a stupid look and hand you a phone number to call. When I asked what can you do. They said nothing! 2 hours on said call and nothing. If you want to be charged for things you didn’t buy go to this location .

Today we had excellent service, we arrived due to a problem with the modem and the boy (I don't remember his name) treated us very kindly and helped us (he speaks Spanish) we are grateful ??

This store is the only place that I've received exceptional service!
Let's face it, overall Xfinity phone customer service is awful. The Xfinity voicemail on our two Samsung phones went away close to a year ago. I was able to get one reactivated over the phone, it was a service issue in their settings, not the phones'. That took me months on and off with phone "support". When I started to try to get my wife's voicemail working customer service not only failed to get it working, they killed mine during the same series of calls! There are no single calls to customer service; just "series" of calls!
Just as I'm about to give up and switch providers I thought I'd give the independent Xfinity store in Sunrise FL on 136th Avenue a try.
The staff at that store were the ONLY people to get our voicemail services working again! I took my phone first and Armstrong got Xfinity on the line and after an hour on the phone got the multiple people he spoke to to get it done. I was thrilled. The day I went back with my wife's phone Armstrong was off, oh no I figured! However Nick was there and he too was able to get the voicemail on my wife's phone working as well, it still took over an hour with Xfinity on the phone but it was done!
If anyone reading this review gets a "Your voicemail has moved" when trying to access the voicemail do make every attempt to get it working again, it's a very common issue. Especially if you have the less expensive "By the Gig plan. Make your own conclusion as to why that is. Xfinity CAN get it activated again via setting in their system, your phone is fine. Ours are the older but great Note9's. FYI, without the Xfinity voicemail it wasn't even possible to get a notification that we had any unheard voice messages waiting. If you can get to South Florida see either Armstrong or Nick near the Sunrise Ikea location. They kept me from having to either buy new $1000 plus Samsung Ultra - I have to have the stylus - or go to another provider at a much higher monthly cost. Thank you Armstrong and Nick!

ZERO STARS! My grandmother has gone to this location MULTIPLE times and they can never assist her with anything. All they do is instruct her to call the customer service line. Every single time. What is the point of having an office location if they can’t assist right there?!?! They constantly give her the run around and do absolutely nothing. The worst customer service EVER. This is not the first time comcast and their “customer service reps” have targeted her for being elderly. Always providing misinformation and of no use. I will be cancelling her service right now. Disgusting!

Comcast you hired the most dishonest people. I got stuck with a cell phone I didn't request and they are charging me. After 15 days Alex in the call center in Honduras was able to assist me he was professional,kind and patient. Letters being send to CEO at Comcast. Maybe he will respond to my concerns???? Unbelievable you have the worst employees here in the States they don't care at all.

greedy company, so many fees, so hard and frustrating to get customer service, so many ways for them to make extra charges on your account, and service isnt even good! Very inconsistent connection!

I don't know about entire store but beware of this fraud guy : "Joey".My internet bill is $60, this guy told me that I am eligible for tablet which is $12.49/month and my internet bill will go down to $40. Only thing I have to pay is $54 tax and monthly $12.49 extra for table so I save couple of bucks and get free tablet. And I sign up for this.I was doubtful that time only when he explained this as no one gonna give you free Ipad today :), but he said he had done this(Fraud) to may other customers.After reaching to home, before opening tablet, I thought to give a call back to customer service to confirm this and there is no such deal going on. My wife went back to store and they also confirmed that there is no such deal going on.I am not sure why this type of guy get hired... Just to get promotion or comission, doing fraud to customer is really cheap work.BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD GUY JOEY at this LOCATION!!!!

Two years ago I went into the store to get an Xfinity mobile phone. I walked out of the store without a phone but started getting billed as if I had the phone.Now Xfinity mobile is saying that I owe $102 and they sent me to collections. After spending 32 hours (Yes, you read that right) between speaking with the collection agency, the retail store and the 800 number I was assured at least seven times that my issue would be taken care of. My credit score my entire life has been perfect and when they turned me over to collections, my credit score dropped 70 points. Now I have A collections on my credit report for the first time ever. The worst thing is that the collection agency is owned by Xfinity mobile, and no one can seem to communicate the fact that I have a zero balance, because they credited me all the money that they took from me. I went into the store again today desperate for answers, and they told me the manager was not there. 10 minutes later, when the sales person realized he could not help me he said let me go in the back and talk to the manager. Then when I asked to talk to him again, they said he was in a meeting. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Apparently, the guy who I dealt with the first day has been fired but nobody at the store seems to care.
