Made an appointment to help my daughter open her first checking account. Sixto was amazing. He was very patient, explained in very good detail each part, and checked in to make sure she understood it. It was a really nice first financial 'adulting' experience. Thank you!

Bad customer service. The teller seems very tired, and was upset because I asked her question about a $7… fee that she wanted to charge me for cashing a check because I was not banking with Wellsfargo. I have the right to ask any question concerning my money. The money that we earn working hard, right? Some people shouldn’t being working in customer service.

The tellers weren't very helpful nor nice when I asked to have my money back after being tricked into accepting a $100 bill which was a counterfeit.

I was racially profiled by when trying to withdrawal my money. First it was oh your address not matching up then got to asking questions, where did your check come from and why are they so many transactions. Like why does that matter If the check is already deposited with you guys signature writing smh

Nothing but the highest praise and accolades for stellar employee Adam Mouradian. His calm and reassuring manner truly provided comfort and clarity to me and my husband in a time of great uncertainty. We truly did not feel rushed, and he made us feel like our problem was his greatest opportunity to help provide a solution.In this day and age, especially with the customer service we experienced from Wells Fargo's phone reps, it's a trait that's hard to come by. Kudos to Adam, and I am happy to recognize him for his great service!

Evidently Wells Fargo has forgotten what customer service is. Needed to close out an account due to fraudulent activity went into the branch. Do you have to make an appointment. Then call customer service that was another joke. Every time you mentioned closing account on put on hold and then hung up on, Wells Fargo condones fraud stay away from this banking institution

This is my WF local branch since I live across street, However theres an spanish speaking teller that is very rude, insensitive and unprofessional. My mother needed to make a simple cash deposit to my sister’s account and this unpolite lady was not at her finest hour. Attn Managers this is how you lose bussiness.

Elizabeth is an amazing banker and her the banker (Jodie) that she is training is so wonderful. I highly recommend requesting for either of these two ladies. They are efficient, kind, and very smart. They both educated me on so much since I was finally opening a savings account. We chatted and had a few laughs, but Elizabeth always brought us right back to the work in such a smooth manner to the point where personal conversation and bank conversation flowed smoothly. The appointment was supposed to be an hour but she had finished in 35 minutes- which I appreciate greatly. Both of these ladies are very smart, hard working, charming, efficient, and polite. I had a great experience- which I rarely do with other bankers. I highly recommend this bank and both of the bankers if you are looking to trust someone with your finances.
