The past 3 days I have been back and forth to this Wells Fargo branch to help my Mom with her bank accounts since she has taken ill. Ernesto and Emelda have been a wonderful, sharp and very friendly assistance over this time period. You are all great and very much appreciated. Thank you!

After waiting a really long time to speak with a Customer Service Representative , he appears non-apologetic , for the unusual delay, absent greeting skills.When l ATTEMPTED to advise him of my visit he interrupted me several times. Ultimately referring me to move to the next office and dial Wells Fargo online support!I had previously spoken with online services who advised me to make an in person visit to present document, supporting my claim of fraudulent activities oin my checking account.I was extremely affected by his severe lack of patience and unprofessionalism. Ultimately l was assisted by someone else, who attempted to resolve my issue. Although she was not able to resolve the matter she politely listened to my concerns.People who lack patience, respect and EMPATHY. Certainly are in the wrong field if you lack these qualities!

Very rude associate and customer services was terrible. She said one thing and came back said another thing! I used to think that Wells Fargo was a good bank until most branches are giving me trouble just to get an officer statement. Nonsense! I am taking my businesses elsewhere

My family members and I received excellent service during our visit on June 12, 2020. The woman working there who assisted us during our appointment, Amanda, was very knowledgeable and was happy to help us. She was very polite, professional, and courteous. She answered all our questions and helped us accomplish all that we were aiming to do during our visit. We were very satisfied with our visit. Amanda helps give Wells Fargo a good name for having high-quality service. A 5-star employee indeed!

Worst location ever! They have no structure. The man coordinating who sees the banker next let someone behind me go before me. I told him i was here before the other person and ignored me. Corporate will definitely hear from me!
