Manager question my use of safe deposit very unprofessional always saying their short staff in process of closing my safe deposit manger made me feel as though i was an inconvience the male manager

Had an appointment, waited 2 hours to be told I have to come back another day because they closed. I said I need an appointment for tomorrow manager said she can't make an appointment for me. She is the worst manager.
