Nothing but the highest praise and accolades for stellar employee Adam Mouradian. His calm and reassuring manner truly provided comfort and clarity to me and my husband in a time of great uncertainty. We did not feel rushed, and he made us feel like our problem was his greatest opportunity to help provide a solution. In this day and age, especially with the customer service we experienced from Wells Fargo's phone reps, it's a trait that's hard to come by. Kudos to Adam, and I am happy to recognize him for his great service and kindness.

This past week a teller shorted me thirty dollars in cash. When I said something about the discrepancy she immediately became defensive, refused to continue to assist me, and she walked away from her counter space. When I asked for the bank manager. I was informed he wasn't even in the building. I will not return to this branch. I have filed a complaint against this employee and the manager... Not to be trusted.

Wells Fargo has always been a fraudulent bank. I get bills from their teller sometimes. I tried to deposit some money and was told one of the $100 bills was a fake and they would send it the secret service. That seems like a policy no one can avoid, except they wouldn't provide any details for help beyond that and began laughing at me when I told them it's unfair they're stealing $100 without helping or giving me anyone to reach.

Good customer service and easy to use. Wanted to provide a COVID update: the inside is only for appointments to meet with the bankers. All outside drive up lanes are open for all other needs

After the experience I just had at my Credit Union I was happy to be greeted at Wells Fargo with a prompt Hello! The teller was very friendly and processed my deposit promptly. I left here with a positive experience.

Absolute worse customer service. If your looking for help with banking etc this would not be the place. When you walk in there is no friendly greeting and with an eye roll your told to wait.

As soon as I walk in I get a stare from this young girl, not a very nice stare, she looked at me up and down and in displease but who cares right ?! I waited for my turnt to approach the teller, well he was not much help and his manager wasn't either. I needed to deposit a check a simple check but they for some reason couldn't make it happen and just said, we can't deposit the check when you have initiated the deposit online. Well, I call the online services before I even tho of walking to the bank and they told me there's no problem me taking the check directly and getting it deposited. But this people didn't even wanted to try. I called the online services again and the lady apologized as soon as I told her what had happened in the branch. She again assured me it is something they can do in the branch. I had to drive to another branch 15min away to finally get it done.

I was originally with First Union in 1985 and since then was sold down the river to Wachovia and for several years now Wells Fargo. I have to say Wells Fargo is the worst bank in the world your money is not safe with them. The employees are miserable and rude and they are extremely expensive to bank with. For someone who has been a client since 1985.. run far far away I promise your life will be better!

SERVICE IS NOT IN THEIR VOCABULARY. Coming from Los Angles and now in Ft. Lauderdale I have had my full of this bank. When they make mistakes, YOU PAY! One day I deposited $500 in American Travelers checks, one week later I noticed $500 taken out of my account. When I went to the bank they told me they lost the checks and to go to American Express, report them as lost. But they were not lost they were deposited in your bank you cashed them. SORRY Can't help you. I blew up! The manager came over and to shut me up gave me a credit. Over the years it has been nothing but rude, uneducated employees that have the IQ and knowledge of a kinder garden drop out. If I make a mistake I pay for it, If they make a mistake you pay for it. My second bank is JP Morgen Chase and I have had nothing but positive things to say about Chase over on Cordova Street. From the moment you walk in the front door it is SERVICE and a smile,The bank manager , a blond lady, Sharon, is very helpful and knows her product knowledge Maybe Wells Fargo should train their tellers at Chase. i would not even rob this bank, I'm thinking of closing my account. Good Luck **** UP DATE **** AFTER 38 YEARS I AM OUT OF THIS BANK, BAD SERVICE PLUS NOW A $10 NEW MONTHLY USE FEE. NO FEE AT CHASE. On $3600 I made a big 4 cents and that means I lost $ 9.96 . I may be crazy but not stupid.

It is hard to believe that a bank this unhelpful and rude on such a continuous basis could even exist. The manager floats around the bank asking if one needs help and then makes you wait for one of her "bankers" to finish his ten minute discussion with another "banker" while the manager continues to float around like a cocktail waitress. I kid you not. This has happened the three times I have needed to speak with someone regarding my account. If you are lucky enough to sit down with the manager, you will find her to be condescending. She has a great propensity to talk over you as if she knows everything about your situation and inquiry about fees. Then she simply fails to anxwer your questions and refers further inquiries to her "bankers". Yeouch! This is the type of service that makes one grateful that Wells Fargo is large enough to have another branch!
