I never have any issues when I shop here. The liquor side of store always has sales. Make sure you check for clearance item as well.

Don't shop here. Find the closest CVS. The "network" has been crashing at this store for a month straight so they only let one customer in the store at a time. I was ill and it was after hours, and they tried to turn me away without the prescription I had called in by my doctor. Why are you accepting prescriptions if you can't ring people up? What if people are seriously ill? Why is this the only Walgreens in the region experiencing this issue? Poor business management. A terrible thing to allow to exist for your customers and employees, God bless them. Patience of Job. Don't waste your time.

Can’t purchase anything in this place. Everything is locked and you have to wait and nobody comes up to open the lock for you to purchase what you need. I asked the cashier if she could help me out, but she told me that every time she calls through the radio nobody helps. I left the same way I came in with nothing in my hands.

Absolutely disgusting. When I went to check out there was a young girl working the register carrying on a conversation with another young girl. As I approached the girl at the register sucked on all the fingers she was eating with and proceeded to touch all of my items 3 of which were drinks that she picked up from the top before scanning and bagging. Not only was she extremely unprofessional but the fact that with today's climate of illness, you would think Walgreens would better train their employees on hygiene and customer service.

This is at Sunrise, Florida location. One of the young cashier was Very Rude. She seemed not familiar on certain steps when I asked her I needed to put in MyWalgreens Account's phone number so I could use a digital coupon in my account, as well as earning the points, she did something on the screen and then the register froze - it would not give the phone entry screen and just kept showing "processing" with extensive long time. She then got upset on it.I asked may be she could get help from her coworker who was a long time employee and worked on something less than 3 feet from this young cashier, whose name I found out was Latisha.Latisha turned very defensive saying regardless anyone came, it would not bring the register back. I suggested may be voiding the transaction and started all over would help? She only voided the items purchased, versus the whole transaction, and the register was still frozen. Then she started raising her voice, "You told me to void the transaction. LOOK! The register still froze!" At that point, she also raised one foot to step on some stool behind the counter and hunched her body over with a Very Impolite Very Inappropriate posture as a sales person facing a customer.Thankfully the much more experienced cashier had seen what was happening and came over to lead me to an unmanned register (the first one in the row, where she normally worked at). She logged in and then processed my transaction without a hitch. This long time employee is always helpful by the way. While the long time cashier was doing my transactions, we both overheard Latisha was complaining towards her next customer(s) (because the frozen register there were 2 or 3 customers in line for their purchases to be rung up), that "I know how to do my job. I dont need anybody to tell me what to do." THIS, is NOT a right attitude when you could not resolve the problem, a customer suggested you to ask a coworker's help, is NOT telling you how to do your job. It is to HELP you to quickly resolve the issue so NOT TO WASTE EVERYBODY'S TIME.Latisha is a brand new face at this Walgreens where we have our prescriptions and shop there often. All I want to say is, she has a wrong attitude. She needs to LEARN how to do her job and how to treat the customers. In particular, she is in a professional environment, NO FOOT should be put up on a stool while facing a customer across the counter. She was not at a basketball ring side or playground, her posture belonged to those locations but NOT behind the cash register facing a customer while the register frozen due to her erroneous key entries.I hope the Sunrise store management would give her some much needed training, especially the manner needed in a work environment. I hope next time if it was she handling the transaction, there would be a better experience.

The slowest pharmacy!!! Everytime it is always an extremely long wait and zero communication if a prescription can't be filled. I wish they never opened this one. The one on Springtree was fine how it was. For a newer store it's the pits!

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY EVER. Every time I fill a prescription here there is an issue. Poor customer service, they aren’t knowledgeable. I am moving my prescriptions. Do not go to this Walgreens!

This is day 3 in a row that I’ve had horrible service at this location.Today May 13, I make curbside order. I let them know that on my way as the email says, then when I say that I’ve arrived, I sat for 10 minutes.I then go inside to retrieve my “curbside” order. Valerie lions at me and says, “yes?”I reply, “I have a curbside order and have been waiting in my car for 10 minutes. Can I just pick it up?”Valerie then points to the line and tells me that I have to wait in line for a “curbside” order that has already been purchased and said was ready. On May 11, I arrive for a photo canvass pickup because I once again received an email saying it was ready. When I get to the counter, my photo is has not been assembled on the canvass. I ask the short heavy set Hispanic lady with glasses(didn’t get her name) how long before it is ready. She says, “I don’t know. I have to take my break.”Understandable, but can you give me an estimate on how long so that I know when to rerun? She says again, “I don’t know”As I sit here writing this review, Valerie brings my items…I forgot to cancel the order. I let her know that she was rude and she says, “ we’re short staff. It’s only 2 of us”Being short staff is no reason for bad customer service. I’ve sat at a restaurant for an extended time because I knew they were short staff, but they were friendly.

I have filed a complaint with corporate and they will be following up with the store... do yourself a favor and just don't

Not only is the service slow but everyone that works there has an attitude. I shop there occasionally because it's the closest drugstore. No way would I use it for prescriptions.
