The service is too slow, there is a long wait and the medicines take three days to be delivered and they don't send you a message to let you know but if you go then it is never ready.

I've been shopping at Walgreens for years. Whenever I purchase something, I always do the survey so that I can win $3000. It never happened. Plus I was never notified after I put in my name, cell number and email.

Literally came here at 625, one of the employees said we had to wait and the other one came running from the McDonald’s with food and STILL didn’t open up for us. Thought you opened at 6 am hmm mcds is more important I guess

I came to pick up some medicine and I had problems with the insurance and I don't speak English and the technician who was assisting me asked if anyone spoke Spanish to which another technician named Marissa quickly answered no; shortly after I heard her answer the phone in Spanish. The doctor was a marvel, even though he doesn't speak Spanish, he helped me and solved my problem with the insurance.

I ordered online same day pick up for their photo section. I get an email confirming that my order was received and that it will be ready within an hour or so. About 3 hours pass I go and check the status where it's at. It's still says in process that they're working on my order. I go ahead and call. The lady says the machine has been down and she's been trying to fix it. I'm sorry but if something's been down you should definitely call the customer and let them know that way they can fulfill the order elsewhere instead of waiting.
