Requested style: Nail tech not able to effectively communicate with clients to provide the requested service/style, damaged hurt client, refused to treat injury caused during the service, tech insisting that was normal, and demanded that client agree to other services to cover the injury. Nail Techs/owners are in non compliance to safe healthly environment for clients.
Owners/Tech are hostile disrespectful and deceptive charging prices different from the published prices and demanding excessive TIPS.
Services agreed to was not provided and owner was very very abusive
Cleanliness: No washing of hand or sanitizing area after each client care, nail tech did not utilize basic sanitary/ healthy procedures.

Started going there in November. Beautiful experiences. I usually just received pedicures but just recently started "dipping" nails. However, on one of my recent visits the nail tech had me sit and wait for about 20 mins. and didn't did not realize I wanted to change polish on my "dipping" nails and had me sit at another table to wrap my nails to start that process. Today, I came in, was asked to sit in one chair, then was asked to move to another. I politely moved. A gentleman there was asked to start the process to change color for my "dipping" nails. Forgive me, I mentioned " oh, I am getting dipping nails right?" And somehow...the other technician was asking me "do you want a pedicure today also?", two conversations going on now...Before I could answer her, the guy starts yelling at me" you don't tell me how to do my job": " you pissed me off". I was blown away! I would never do that. Even after apologizing to the guy, that was definitely not my intention, sir I am a regular customer; he never apologized for yelling at me. In the past, the other tecnicians have treated me with kindness and have done exceptiional work. I ended up leaving very emotional. What a bad experience today!

Do not go here. Tommy is really rude and disrespectful I sat quietly for my service and he had the nerve to keep saying offensive things to me. I ignored him and said you’re being offensive. I left. Came back for my receipt and he proceeds to argue with me saying what’s your problem you don’t want to talk to me. I told him respectfully shut up im just here for my receipt. Worst experience ever. He has no customer service.

This place deserves zero stars for the way their nail techs behave ! I am an easy customer I sit quietly for my service and mind my business. The man servicing me I believe his name is Tommy as per my receipt kept trying to offend me. I ignored him the first few times he addressed me and then told him he was being offensive. I walk to the bowl to wash my hands and ask to pay and leave because I couldn't take it anymore. I come back to get my receipt and he addresses me again and I'm like please leave me alone I sat here quiet this whole time and you want to be rude to me. And he keeps coming at me like oh you said you didn't want your receipt. Well hello maybe if you weren't being rude and offensive I wouldn't have tried to leave in a hurry. He's making slick comments to me and being rude to the point I had to say just shut up and stop talking to me all I want is my receipt and you want to argue with me. What grown man in the service industry does that. Every time I go there he is extremely rude and has an attitude and today he crossed the line and no one in the store did anything to shut him up. He doesn't deserve a job or a tip. He needs anger management and customer service training. It was very upsetting and i hope they are ashamed how they run their business. If you want to have an easy day getting your nails done don't go here they are just rude and horrible.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! no again. I went to do a regular manicure and I asked they can put my nails in the lamp so that they would dry faster but a rude blonde girl refused me the service, as a client it’s not acceptable I paid for a service that is not done, it’s not what they use or not in my nails, is what I wanna use in my nails as a customer I should make that decision because are my nails, my money and my time. I paid and my nails were not put in the lamp to dry, in less than an hour my nails were damaged. I went back to the place to complain and the guy at the checkout treated my mom and me horribly, he was very disrespectful and didn't resolve anything, I paid for a work that was damaged in less than an hour and I didn’t receive any type of solution or apology, I will not come back, terrible work and service.

I had a terrible experience at this place. The staff was so rude and unhelpful, I payed for they wanted to do instead what I wanted. I will never back to this place. No recommend at all ✋?

I would never come back here again. Worst customer service. I got serve by someone who donesn't speak english. I explain to him i wanted my toes cut short and he didnt understand and the lady that works their that was next to him was like "What happen"!?'. Who talk to a customer like that? I made a appointment and comes to find out the person who i made a appointment with he not their. I dont understand why they couldn't call and told me that. My feet was soak in hot water after i told him its too hot.

Service was good, they take their time. 3 stars because they charge an extra $5 soak off fee, even if you’re getting dip again, an extra $5 if they use the razor on your heels and on top of that an extra $1 credit card fee. They try to make it better by offering a loyalty card & 10% off on your birthday but you can tell when a place’s main goal is to make money off you. Not sure how the quality will hold up over time. Probably won’t go back for nails; will come back for my brows.
