Michael was kind and handled things well. The day before, the manager, Carlin, was disrespectful and couldn't handle my coupon application properly. I've been here a lot since this store opened, but I never seen anyone good at work as Michael. Employees have never handled coupon at once. Thank you, Michael. Merry Christmas!
