I’ve never been treated more like a criminal and a nuisance than I have been when I visited this store. One of the female employees even got into an aggressive argument with me and reported, “We are under no obligation to tell you why we give you a discount and we can take it back too”. I ended up speaking with the office manager who helped resolve the issue but made it very clear that she was on her lunch break and was doing me a favor. I put 5 stars so they can post it. It was a terrible experience and I’d rather pay full price than to ever step foot in there again. Stay away.

I won’t talk about what they sell, that’s a matter of taste. Some people like Versace, some don’t. This review is to point out their exchange process (and entire computer system) is extremely outdated and slow. Some of the people working there are very nice, like Julian and Angie. Unfortunately, the manager does not have a grasp of basic customer service; I was very disappointed to receive poor service from her. Perhaps somebody else should be promoted to manager. The current one is just not smart enough to realize how to properly treat customers.

Bad experience at the Versace Sawgrass mall today, my husband bought a bag to the sales associate Juliana on Dec 2, at that moment she said he could return it right after Christmas if I don’t like it, today we went to the store to do the return or exchange, and this same lady said “We don’t do returns “ we ask to do an exchange since she offered that at the beginning, her answer was: talk to the store manager, we did the line, the manager repeated the same thing “ we don’t to returns” my husband explained that Juliana offered to do the return or exchange even after the 15 days return policy since it was a Christmas present. She called Juliana , Juliana at that moment said “We don’t do returns” obviously at the beginning Juliana LIED to have the deal and get the commission, the store manager instead of helping us, she supported Juliana saying that was a misunderstanding of my husband who trusted Juliana’s statement about the return, it was Not a misunderstanding of my husband IT WAS Juliana’s LIE TO HAVE THE DEAL.

There is a decent selection of shoes and clothing. No staff approached me when I needed help, so I deducted a star because I would've liked to make a purchase.
