I visited this location last Saturday, and the attitude is always the same, low number of helpers is a fact, but customers shouldn't pay for it. Every time I go there employees look very ? angry.

This is the 2nd Saturday in a row that I went in to mail something to be told the system is down. The representative said that it’s because they have no one to do the transaction, so why is the store open if you cannot send a mail, but a stamp? This is such a big inconvenience.

The worst service they close the office whatever they want. Last Thursday 03/21/2024 they close this office at 2pm for the rest if the day USPS MUST CLOSE THIS OFFICE ASAP????

On a busy Saturday afternoon, I mailed 3 packages to an overseas address. The clerk (Taj) was patient, professional, and courteous. She had to deal with the USPS system going down, the label machine malfunctioning and a line out the door with customers. Taj remained calm and worked through the above issues to provide excellent customer service.

Took a while for her to come to the desk from out back. When she came in, she said nothing and rolled her eyes as if we were inconveniencing her. She walked to the other register without saying a word picked up the scanner and waved it at us. Disrespectful for no reason. I understand why this store is poorly rated.

Came here to drop off a package on a Saturday. Thursday came and the package was still not scanned or anywhere to be found. Came to the store at 4:58pm, which they close at 7pm and was told to come back at 6 pm because Kristal hadn’t had her break. How is it that the employee can just choose the time they want to close the store. Nasty lady

Would give 0 starts if I could. Go to any other location if you can. Usually only 1 worker onsite but they leave for bathroom breaks and lunch for half the day, so expect to wait even for drop offs! Terrible hours which they hardly follow. USPS this is unacceptable and has wasted countless hours of my time and gas money. Switched my business shipping to almost all UPS because of how inconvenient it is to try and drop off here at this location near me. Please do better.

Location is very difficult to get to. You have to fight the mall traffic and park a mile away.
