Ive been here numerous of times and I can proudly say yesterday was my very BEST experience… im not sure if she is the manager but if she is not she should be the girl named Crystalle was so sweet , respectful and understanding, even though I asked a lot of question’s she did not get frustrated with me , her voice is so calm and welcoming from the moment you walk in you feel like you have a family member assisting you , she helped me with getting my package returned very quickly and in a timely manner. I personally did not was to go to this location due to a previous experience with a rude employee but after yesterday I would love to remain a returning customer and be helped by crystalle

Seems like an excessive amount. I will not be using the services of this store again.

Last Saturday I came to make a return from Amazon, Valeria was extremely intransigent and did not help me at all, the totally disrespectful treatment, I don't usually come on Saturdays, during the week it is totally different with the girls who work there, it really is a shame! !! I wish I could give 0 stars!

They are very slow. Also the language barrier here makes it very hard to understand both you and them. I sent a important document needing to get to ATL on friday at 10am. I asked for next day delivery and it end being $53. Okay fine. But as i was leaving i notice it was expected to get there on Monday. So i walked inside and said hey i need this delivered on saturday not Monday. She said "oops" let me fix that. I ended up having to pay an extra $24 on top. So $77 dollars in the hole. You can guess when that package got dropped off. If you said monday, you win! Dont come here. 0 out of 10

I very rarely need the services of this store but when I do it is the closest to my home. For two days I have been trying you have a document notarized. They have a notary who I was told by phone stays till closing at 7pm. I called as I was in traffic and the employee I believe JOSHUA repeated 3 times over the phone “Get here before 7pm and the notary knows you are on your way and WILL take care of you.” I arrived almost getting into 2 accidents at 6:56 pm. Doors were locked (typical Latina employee attitude rushing to get home ) I knocked on the door and was ignored till finally I was let In and treated like garbage. Called a liar the Latina lady said the notary went home and he never told you he would take care of you. Lie lie lie. This is the second or their incident at this particular location. The franchise should fire the obnoxious Latina employee for being so non caring and rude. You barely can understand her with her broken English. Thank god I found a mobile notary to rescue me from these liars at UPS and I paid a little more but her was a total professional and came to my location and notarized the document. UPS must stand for Un Professional Service. Stay away from that Location. See other reviews are poor as well. Terrible customer service

There to just drop off a Amazon return. There was no line and it was 3 workers available to help me. Was in and out in about 8 mins.

I dropped my package off here and paid $279 for shipping a 101 IB box. I was told I would be refunded the amount for the box from the seller and the shipping once they received my item. My item apparently became “damaged” to the point where they discarded everything. I went to talk to the store, they gave me a customer service number to call. Call them and made a claim. They at first denied my claim saying it was my fault that the package was not secure. EVEN THOUGH I TAPED IT AT THE STORE WITH THE EMPLOYEE. Then they accepted the claim but the customer service people had to talk to the people at the store but they wouldn’t answer. Every time I would talk to someone from this store they were rude and lie about never recovered no a call from the customer service people on the phone. I wanted to speak with a manager and they said they don’t have manager. Worst experience ever. I’m owed about $700 and no one even cared. Yude is the lady that had originally “help” me package the package that had apparently disappeared…
