I’m not sure what monkey business they have going on at this UPS store but it needs to be investigated immediately. Please Avoid this place at all cost, the staffs are young and has zero respect and empathy for customers packages and tampering with mails. There are plenty of better options in the area avoid this one.

I was a customer with a mailbox here for 6 months and they lost a whole bunch of my packages. I never renewed because of it. Well I accidentally had package delivered here yesterday and can you guess what happened? They lost it.I have another one on the way today, again, accidentally shipped here, and I can predict with certainty that they're going to lose it.

I have used this UPS store location many times for almost all different services noted in their ad. The team here works quickly, act like professionals, are courteous, helpful if you’re not sure how to find something in your phone, the store is clean, and well managed.

I have been using their services to ship ups packages. The service from the employees has been very goodToday I feel I have been really over charged. I went to ask for wrapping for 2 medium size boxes. I have been charged 40 usd for one and 20 usd for the second one that had already one layer of wrap...l paid the same amount for the shipping .the cost.is not even 10 usd including labor... this is not normal. You should be ashamed for this kind of customer treatment. I saw you have other complains about customers also been overcharged. Ups should do somethingTheir name is in the front of the biulding
