Very dishonest people,ask for pricing as you go because owner gives out bogus pricing and the hairstylist charge whatever they want in the shop. Terrible experience I spent over $350 for 3 little girls hair. Horrible experienceService: Hairstyling

I had a horrible first time experience with a hairstylist by the name of ISA or Icea in this establishment. She was an 1 1/2 late smelling like weed, very unprofessional and extremely ignorant. She started arguing with another hairstylist that was trying to accommodate me for her being late and she was not apologetic. She did not do my daughter hair like I wanted and did not provide any customer service, while still charging the same price for the incorrect hairstyle. The owner of this establishment has NO control over the hairstylist in her own business so DO NOT book with anyone by the name of ISA or Icea. Poor Poor Poor customer service!!Service: Braids

My baby an i are so happy we will be coming back. Takes time with kids an has patience an understands from a kids point of view my daughters very first visit an i was so proud of her. God bless this young lady with patience an understanding that some don't have when comes down to kids like tenderheaded ones. Thank for making me an my daughter comfortable an happy in your salon.

Honestly, this place needs 0 stars. Very unprofessional. Was told to bring my daughter at 6 to find out they had overbooked and wasn’t ready for her. Then was asked to come back at 7 just to be waiting another 30 minutes. Was not given appropriate communication and the girl that said she was gonna do my daughter’s hair seemed to have an attitude and didn’t directly speak to me. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a salon and would never recommend them to anyone. Simple communication and respect goes a long way.

Mashell is late everytime I come. The first time she was an hour late. The second time after I made my appointment she calls me back to move it up 2 hours, I said ok, then I get there on time and she asks me can she go get something to eat before she start on my daughter hair because she was about to so called fall out. It took her 2 more hours after she got back and I had to wait for her to finish eating and she came back smelling like straight weed. NEVER AGAIN! I don't like being taken advantage of especially when I'm trying to be an understanding customer. Oh and I forgot to mention she didn't even have her payment set up.

Our experience was pleasant. I took my 7yr old daughter and she loved Abigail her stylist. She said Mom please write "Thank you Ms. Abigail for doing my hair, you are a very good stylist with very good talent and a nice person as well."

I take pride in supporting black owned businesses, however there is a thin line when a customer spends their money. My first experience back in sept 2021 at this salon with my 9 yr, I was given a 4pm appointment which I came on time the stylist was not ready told me to come back within 1, we did she still was not ready. Nonetheless we waited and got my daughter hair done.My second experience over this weekend Sunday oct 10, I had a scheduled appointment for my 9 yr and 15 yr kids.Once again stylist rescheduled my son for Thursday due to her not having “hair products” to style his hair, we booked and confirmed from from Friday then on the day of service after we are sitting in the salon for over an hour she feels us to come back 4 days later because of salon closed mon-tues and Wednesday.I can say that I have a chance even with a first bad impression but with a second one . It’s obvious that how business is here.I’m not happy with the service or unprofessional people.Not returning or recommending this place to anyone who is paying their money.
