Been there twice because I'm curious about getting into biking but kinda lost in what I want/need. Both times the staff there offered no real guidance. Expected a bit more since the bikes are around $1,000 each.

I had a small cosmetic issue that I wanted to be fixed. While my favorite mechanic, Jeff, was busy helping another customer, Fabian asked if I needed help. He adjusted my bike, and I was happy to get moving again.
I highly recommend this Trek location.

Super helpful staff I walked in with my mom’s tricycle. They took it in even though they were super busy and got me rolling right away. I would definitely recommend this place if you guys need anything shop local.
