Very bad attention today, I don't know what was going on between them today, really, Timberland should fix things between their employees, and those employees don't even have manners. Every time I enter the store, they see me as ugly and when I ask about my size, they respond with a bad attitude, I don't know. who raised those men but they really lacked work doing it all with a bad attitude as if someone had done something to them and tried to get help with some shoes and two workers gossiping in a corner when they should be working and not talking about July because It's true that I'm terrified of that store, super disappointed and the prices go through the roof just for some boots.

Top notch customer service! I bought a pair of work boots on timberland website. When they arrived,they were too small and needed to be returned/exchanged. Kerman(I believe he is the manager) was beyond accommodating and went the extra mile to help me with my issue. I will be taking my business into this location when I’m due for another pair of boots instead of buying online .
