We went specially for this store from Miami. On the front door we found notice that "we will be back in 5 minutes". Ok, no big deal... After 15 minutes guy in black suit got out of the door and told that he is working at the back (whatever this means) and that they are "short on staff" and can't help us and locked the door again. Are you serious? 5k watch brand? Why even bother with that notice then? Put big sticker "we are closed" and job done. Very unprofessional.

I am amazed of their collections and prices …. You can’t even find better than prices online or anywhere beside you feel the experience of treated very well at a luxury store and get your watch immediately and wear it !!!!

Went in to look at a tag f1 carrera. I know what i wanted and saw the different options on the carrera and decided.Not one person walked up to me and helped me. But as a another couple walked in they was helped immediately. Very unpleasant experience. So i left and my fiancé was telling me that they locked the door immediately when i walked in as if i was a thief. Went to Jareds jewelers and got the watch i wanted from them.

I called the store about their inventory because I dont live in the area. Stephanie was super helpful sent me many pictures of different models of the Formula 1 chronographs I wanted for my husband as a present. Answered all my questions and kept updating me for 3 days. Even told me about a new delivery coming in the next day.. So I made my purchase based upon the text messaging her and I shared. I was very exited to make the 3 hour drive and pick up the watch. I got a good deal and a very nice watch and I will deffinetly go back to get one for me next time!! They have a nice selection for man and woman. Ask for Stephanie if you have any question! She is great !!!
