Some Terrible employees working there. Came in this morning and that GROWN man with the glasses has a nasty attitude who was unprofessional in the way he speaks to customers especially to my partner who does not speak good English. Tried to charge us for unnecessary fees when we had the receipts literally from the customer service line to prove our point. The whole process more difficult to the point that we just walked out BYE

My husband and I just went to this store a few minutes ago. They have 0 customer service, we waited for about 20 minutes, nobody came to us to at least say “we will be with you shortly” not even a good morning! There were 3 staff members there…We ended up leaving after not being acknowledged.

Great service by Nick and Sofya. After speaking with customer service I was ready to end my service with T-mobile. Because of Nick and Sofya at this location I decided to keep my Service. They provided me with top tier service and care, I truly appreciate them for the time and care they provided me.

On 08/10/23 I went to T-Mobile located at 13855 W Sunrise Blvd, to get a warranty exchange, but it was taking to long to start the process and I had to go back to work. The representative who tried to assist me stated that he could not make the process faster as I would also need at least 30 minutes for my files to be transferred. He then stated that if I could not wait, I could come back on 08/11/23 before 8:00PM. I went to the store on 08/11/23 just like the representative stated 20 minutes before 8:00PM. Two representatives were on scene. I spoke to them and stated the reason why I was here, and they agreed to assist me. During the process of transferring my files, the guys stated that it was taking too long and they had to close. I stated that I was here before the time and that they started to work on my phone why are they trying to kick me out while I already made a payment for the device. The guys went on and canceled the warranty exchange while I already had a few files on the phone. I wanted to transfer the videos and photos and I would've left as I work two jobs and I barely have time, plus the location is far from where I live now and also where I work at. The big guy stated that he was going to call the police on me cause I am trespassing. After he said that, I was like, "Go ahead and make your call." I don't understand how I was trespassing while I never caused T-Mobile no harm, and I was never told that I was not welcome at T-Mobile. I am a paying customer with 5 lines under my account. The big guy also told me that he could have me banned from T-mobile just for wanting to take my new device home with me today. I always make my payments on time, I never had issues like that nor such horrible customer service from a company. He then stated that I wouldn't be able to ever use T-Mobile again the moment I am banned. I told him, "With some many companies to choose from, I don't think I would have the problem." The moment the cops arrived on scene, everything transferred, but he no longer wanted to assist for me to take my device home today, stating that he already canceled the transaction. I offered to pay cash if he couldn't get payments from the same card, but he declined. If my phone was not acting up, I wouldn't go back to that location anymore. It was heartbreaking to get this type of treatment. The officers were talking and I was standing and listening and already removed the files from the new device and was about to leave after and the big guy gonna talk about he is waiting for the cops to escort me out like I am some sortof criminal or something.

This was T mobile in Oakland and university dr.How can I start. I had an account with t mobile for years. I added my brother as an authorized user in my account. In my account I had my mom, dad my brother and me. One day my dad went to get new phones without my authorization the guy in t mobile didn't check that my dad wasn't authorized to do anything he didn't verify the phone number was link to my brother because my brother and my dad have the same name this was in February. I was furious. also this guy took advantage of my dad because first he don't speak English and he was making fun of him when he couldn't speak any English infront of me and second because he is an older person. He made my dad get 2 new lines he didn't need and told him to have them there for any future people that we can give them. also there was a promotion buy one get one free he didn't explain to my dad how this works. to make all short. I call t mobile maybe like 10 times so they can help me solve my issue with no luck im in the process to buy a house. this guy open an account in my dads name so he can transfer all on his name, but my dad didn't have sufficient funds to transfer all the financing. leaving me with a 1200 bill. t mobile customer services the worst everyone telling me something different every time I call and the worst happend they send my account to collections leaving me with no choice than to pay something that I never authorized. Never go this t mobile I will update my review as soon as I get a name on the person who help my father

Had a very pleasant experience there, the guy that helped me was very attentive, courteous and took the time to help me and was very knowledgeable and fast I would recommend people go there cuz I didn't have to wait, was in and out in 15 min
