Great customer service. This is an outlet store with great prices and an unusual collection. If you are looking for the latest release, go to Tampa or the Orlando store. But if you are looking for great prices, to change your batteries, or you would like to expand your swatch collection, this is the best place in the entire state of Florida.

I absolutely love the Swatch store in Sawgrass Mills Mall! Every visit takes me on a nostalgic trip back to my grade school days when I used to wear pop Swatches. The store’s vibrant and trendy atmosphere perfectly captures the essence of Swatch’s unique and fun style.
The associates here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile and are eager to assist with any questions or help me find the perfect watch. Their customer service is truly top-notch, making every shopping experience a delightful one. They genuinely seem to enjoy their work, which makes a big difference in the overall atmosphere of the store.
One of the best parts about visiting this store is that they love it when I bring my dog, Steven Spielberg. He’s become quite the star there, and the associates always make a fuss over him, which adds an extra layer of fun to our shopping trips. It’s not often you find a store that is so pet-friendly and accommodating.
I do tend to spend way too much money here, but it’s hard to resist with such a fantastic selection of watches. Each piece is stylish and well-crafted, making it a worthwhile investment. Plus, the joy I get from wearing these watches and the memories they bring back are priceless.
Overall, the Swatch store at Sawgrass Mills Mall is a gem. The combination of friendly staff, nostalgic vibes, and a welcoming environment for both humans and pets makes it a standout shopping destination. I highly recommend stopping by, whether you’re a longtime Swatch fan or new to the brand. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely the best customer service. We are visiting from California and we stopped by the mall the day before our cruise. (Tequila, yes that's her name, which is awesome!) was so sweet. She treated us like family and even helped my dad pick out a watch. Thank you, Tequila! ?♥️

I went to the store just to look around and I received outstanding service from Helga as well as from Gabby. I was not planning on buying anything, but they guided me to get a couple of watches and I ended up buying six for the whole family! thank you guys you rock!

What a joke! Drove thirty minutes and the store did not have any moon swatch whatsoever! Nothing! They also didn’t carry blancpain watches whatsoever. The limited inventory at this store deserves a 1 star! Don’t waste your time. The lady at the counter looked at me said sir this store doesn’t carry anything newer than 2023

Just called about an upcoming release and at first the sales associate answered my question with details of where I could find the piece. As the call progressed she became much more upset and hung up on me. Prior to abruptly hanging up on me, they let out a great sigh as she hung up the phone.
I was just simply calling to take 2 minutes of your time to ask a very straightforward and simple question.
