I am an aviation professional with over 20 years of experience in aircraft ownership.This has been by far the worst experience I had in this industry.I brought a raft to be serviced 4 weeks ago, they said turn around time was 2 weeks.I never received a phone call or any type of communication on their behalf. Tried calling their direct line for 2 weeks straight and left 8 voice messages to which I never got a reply.Finally decided to drive 3 hours to simply pick up my property and they said it wasn’t ready nor did they offered any alternative solution. After 2 frustrating hours they decide to work on prioritizing it just to tell me they’re assistance department personnel is not there and they don’t have anyone who knows how to make an invoice.You might consider this the best choice mostly for their location but I would highly recommend to search for other alternatives.

Customer service at this place is horrible. The manager, Wayne, needs to learn how to talk to people and be a little more informative about what he's trying to sell you instead of yelling and being rude. Smh.
