The original lady who took me was a Spanish lady with brown curly hair. All was well and I thought she understood what I wanted but she started to get scissors out and cut where I explained I wanted it buzzed to a 3. She said I told her differently and I said there must have been some confusion then and I miscommunicated, I want a 3 all around the side so I need you to go higher. She then laughed and said again that I told her lower. I again said sorry, I didn't mean to confuse you but I do want it higher. She then confirms the height and I said yes and she then says I told her lower. By this point I'm now annoyed. I've already apologized for miscommunicating. So just cut the hair like I said since it's now clear you know where I want it. So I tell her okay I'm sorry, can you cut my hair higher or not? She then says she's going to get someone else who speaks English to finish my hair cut. Then another hair dresser comes over and of course she's now thrown off and tries to understand what I want. She understands me and then the other lady tells me to move over to her station. As we are cutting away the lady walks past and chuckles again at how high im buzzing up. Like was the issue that you thought it was stupid and that's why you didn't wanna finish? Or was it because you couldn't understand. I felt very embarrassed about the situation because I failed to communicate properly, was moved to someone else, and then laughed at 2 different times. The hair cut finishes with minimal issue after.
My main issue is how the first lady treated me. If you misunderstood me that's fine, let's try again and you can cut it. When it was abundantly clear you understood because you confirmed it, why are you still telling me a 3rd or 4th time I explained it wrong? I said sorry already, even though I felt I explained it right and you misunderstood, just like you said you don't speak English well which is why you passed me to someone else. And why laugh? Idk, I won't be back. Sorry to the 2nd girl cause you were nice, but the situation sucked for me.

Stylist: Delfia has bern cutting my hair for many years, she knows exactly how much to cut, I always get compliments on my haircut & I tell them where to go & ask for her, she's awesome!

I came in for a quick cut to freshen up! I was just leaving my nail salon located next door so I didn’t have an appointment but thankfully ⭐️Trudy ⭐️was up next! She was friendly and I immediately liked her! So once I explained what I was thinking of she understood and carried out the process with confidence! Trudy is a true professional and I will seek to get my next trim from her again!
