If I could give less than one star, I could. I ordered flowers a week in advanced for my mothers birthday. They were never delivered. I spent $75 on this. And to add to that, my credit card was charged for things that I never purchased. This is an absolute scam and they are using your information. Disgusting.

Ordered funeral service flowers for my brothers service on Friday. Called Saturday morning to make sure the delivery would be made on time. The flowers were NEVER delivered . Once home called them. The order was never put through. Told them to deliver to the house. I was told delivery would be in ten minutes. 1/2 hour later still no delivery. My advice DON”T order from this florist.

Ordered multiple arrangements for Mother’s Day on Tuesday for my mom from kids for Friday delivery. Checked with parents Friday late afternoon if arrived. No. Called before 5 pm Friday. Found arrangements not made and won’t be delivered. Best available delivery Tuesday. Got call back saying delivery not available, canceling order.Thanks for spoiling Mother’s Day weekend.

Warning they are a scam! I ordered for Mother's Day and it never arrived along with their phone number out of service, email out of service, location is non existent, no email confirmation. And I still got charged. Now I have to go through a dispute, don't waste your time and just don't order. They should be removed off of everything as they don't exist anymore but still accepting orders for some reason.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers and she never received them! I saw just now it might be permanently closed and if so why would their website still be up? Why would they still take peoples money if they’re closed or can’t do it? I’m going to try calling them again tomorrow and see if they can at least give me a refund or a partial refund and delivery the flowers still

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day. They were just delivered. AWFUL!! They were half dead and not even in the vase that I ordered. I tried calling them and no one answered the phone. I went to the address listed on the website and it was a restaurant. BEWARE!!

STAY AWAY!!!!! If I can give them zero stars I would. ordered a $100+ arrangement l, I called during the day of delivery to find out when it would be delivered, the most miserable man I’ve ever heard answered the phone telling me it was on the “truck” already and there’s no way he can tell me when it would be delivered rudely. At around 6 PM the so-called truck arrived and by that I mean some man in a wife beater in his Volkswagen Jetta pulled up wrestling the half dead arrangement out of his backseat to place it at my front doorstep LOL. I mean do people really run businesses like this these days? It’s the most pitiful thing I’ve ever lived through. The last time I’ll ever call this company for anything ever again.

Ordered Valentine's flowers for our Mom. The worst arrangement ever! Flowers were droopy and broken and NOT what was ordered. Nothing even close to what was ordered. Now the business is not answering the phone. Do NOT use this business!! Go to Rocco's Florist!!

I wanted to surprise my pregnant wife at her last day at work before her maternity leave.I looked around and did my research and There website sounded promising and sounded like artists that would take care of you. I went ahead and bought the deal of the day and I bought it deluxe because I wanted it to be worth for both ends and trusted there creativity in there profession. Long story short they never even made the order , and i was still charged. I had to call myself to make them realize they missed my order. I was so frustrated and disappointed because i was waiting for her reaction all day. I will have to check there guarantee policy because when I called the guy he wasn’t even remorseful, he told me he would call me back to see what happened to the order and he never called back. He just refunded my money and I had to call back personally again just to get a explanation because he left me up in the air. They lack in customer service. Flowers are a meaningful gesture and they ruin someone’s intentions every time they fail someone’s order.the guy didn’t even try to make it up with free flowers or anything ,didn’t even bother to give me a call with a explanation nor to apologize he figured I’d be ok with just my return. That’s bad business: So disappointed.smh

The arrangement for my Sister’s Birthday was delivered so late in the day...that she couldn’t even enjoy them for her birthday day. I ordered them two days in advance so it wasn’t a last minute order.
