They have like 10 employees walking around just avoiding you. If you ask them a question, they answer and then run away. Not a good experience.

I recently went to Sawgrass Mall to the usual store I purchase shoes for my brother. They didn’t have his size so I went to the Skechers store. Great selection!
Elena helped me with my first purchase. She was such a refreshing sales person. I went back a week later. (Last Sunday)
I believe she’s a supervisor or Manager. If not she needs to be! She helped me order my shoes at the store, but she had so much patience even though the store had a lot of customers.
She’s a beautiful person and has such positive energy. She is an asset to the company and from now on I will be buying all my Skechers at this store and hope Elena is still there. Thank you Elena for your outstanding customer service! I will be recommending this store to my friends and family.

I needed some non skid work shoes and this store has many choices.
Of course the size 11s were at the VERY top where the staff had to utilize stairs on wheels to reach.
I asked a very nice lady banned Yulma for help and she was so sweet and enthusiastic to help.
She got 2 different sizes 11s for me and even waited to make sure I had what I needed.
Yulma did a wonderful job and based on my experience with her, I'd definitely recommend this store
