Awful experience! I came inside to ask an employee about reward club of shell. It seems that she was very impolite because I interrupt her from eating a chocolate. She didn’t know anything about the Shell Club and was very slow and angry. Don’t recommend! Please use some other stations!

I live literally 0.5 miles from this shell and have resorted to using the Sunrise/Coral Springs locations simply because the pumps NEVER work properly!! They are either out of order or superrrr slow to where 5 minutes of pumping gave me 3 gallons before I left never to return. Also a bottle of water is $2.50. Avoid at all... read full comment

I had bad experience with Lina, the attendant at the gas station.She was unfriendly and rude.Managers should send secret shoppers to evaluate their employees.I don’t think they are aware of the lack of professionalism and customer service of their employees.Lina gives that gas station a bad reputation.
