Clerks are too busy on their phone to even acknowledge customers. I know phones are full of entertainment. But I'd like to pay for my gas and leave. Not repeat myself whilst you watch your show. It's really not that difficult of a task.

Pumps never work, employees are always on their phones not paying attention. Half of the gas pumps always covered by bags.

2 cars got watered down gas, broke down, had to be towed, and Shell admitted it was bad gas. Stay away. And they also overcharge.
