“I recently had a bad experience at Sephora with an employee named Daniel, who was working at the register. His attitude was completely unhelpful and arrogant. Instead of offering assistance or answering my questions kindly, he seemed annoyed and indifferent, as if he didn’t want to be there. This lack of professionalism and courtesy seriously affected my shopping experience. I expected a much more respectful treatment at a store like Sephora.”

Maybe it’s just this one worker but when I called to see if they still have this one product in stock, they had such an attitude and it was so disrespectful. I don’t even know anymore.

I want to start by saying even though they were super busy all the staff was very attentive kind and patient. They answered all my questions and gave me help with everything, especially Ana Clara. She’s very passionate and I swear she could sell me a car with her attitude and customer service! I don’t know anything about makeup yet still Ana had all the answers I was looking for, she was also able to give me fun facts about the products and the people that make them! I felt respected by Ana and the whole staff. She also had a smile on her face the whole time, I never once felt like I was asking her too many questions or bothering her even though she was sooo busy. Thank you for your help Ana, God bless. You guys made a good decision hiring her!!!

Can get busy at this location. However the staff manages it incredibly well. Displays are well kept and stocked. Help is always around should you need it.

I came in looking for the one size powders and I was helped by a young employee named Ivana she was so sweet and guided me to what I needed and she also included a very much needed moisturizer called olé henriksen CRush vitamin c. Had a great visit ,definitely recommended !
