Thank you guys! My cat has been sick for a few days and I was easily able to get her an appointment. Alejandro was amazing with her, gave us the right diagnosis and medicine.

Today is December 23td 2023. This happened in June of 2023... Scarborough Animal Hospital is a Cash Machine, Taking advantage of pet Owners at their time of Heartache and fear. Our pet Stacie stopped eating and Drinking. She was Weak and Lathargic. They waited to do the tests that would show the end of Life. In our time of Grief, we signed to Help Her. A family friend also a Vet in Another State reviewed the Bill and said it. was outrageous and they had Padded the Bill with charges not necessary. We PAID $4,500. We are still paying the Bill. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE! PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY PUT IN FRONT OF YOU! ASK QUESTIONS... They Take Advantage At A Vulnerable Time! The Bill Was Longer Then the Diagnosis. They Should Of Said "TAKE HER HOME AND LOVE HER TILL THE END!" We wound up euthanizing her. We knew she was miserable being there for the three days. Lois P We contacted the office but they would not hear it!

Very unprofessional staff that seemingly don't know what they're doing half the time when dealing with the health and well-being of dogs, my mom and I have been to this clinic, a handful of times, and every time we've been, we've noticed a dip in the way things are conducted from the way they take care of the dogs to the way they treat the owners. We went in for x-rays and they ended up cutting my dogs nails and splitting three of them down the side, causing him much pain, then when we called to ask the office manager Alex she gave us a bunch of runaround's and topped it off by saying she does not take any responsibility for what happened to our dogs nails, even though we brought him to the clinic with perfectly rounded healthy nails.

They are very gentle with pets. My dog receives great care here. They take their time and try to be as through as possible. They send reminders in the mail for upcoming appointments. It is a grooming side in there as well. Overall, I am satisfied with the care and customer service they have displayed.

Angela the technician was amazing. She was so kind and the only one that made me feel like there was hope when it came to helping my puppy Khiya. She didn’t make me feel like it was all about money and gave me the best option when it came to paying for my dog’s visit. She actually cared for my dogs well being and was very understanding. She didn’t just walk out and make me feel hopeless when I was given the estimate of what my dogs bill would be after treatment. I was hopeful and grateful after she came in and spoke to me and told me that the payment options that I could use to pay for my dogs treatments. Thank you Angela for being caring and helping Khiya.

I wish I could give 100 stars!! Very loving and kind vet office! They care deeply about the animals and always check up on them. They are truly one of a kind! The only vet office that will work with you on payments. They saved my bulldog’s life because she needed a c-section. They saved the puppies and my sweet dog’s life! Everyone in the office is as nice as they can be. Highly highly recommend!!

Wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the team at Scarbrough for always taking care of my pup. Been taking him to this location since I adopted him (11/2017) and the team is always friendly, welcoming and caring towards me and my dog Rocky. I'm the typical owner with many questions and they take time to answer any I have which is very important to me because I want to provide the best care and treatment for him. Thank you again team at Scarbrough!!

I brought my baby girl Mala in with pyometra absolutely devastated thinking we were going to lose her. The whole entire staff were so kind and helpful. The hospital was super clean and welcoming. I won’t be bringing my baby anywhere else but here. They really do care about the animals. They also review all the charges clearly and work with payment plans which saved us. Mala had to stay overnight after her surgery and I was a mess all night worried, for nothing. They took amazing care of her and I picked her up the next day (today) again, thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication! You guys saved my baby.. my four daughters, husband and I are beyond grateful. Amazing team! Definitely recommend 10/10!

Everybody was so nice. I brought my 16 year old cat in for scratching issues. The humans here were so helpful. They were so friendly to my cat and called her by her name and gave me multiple treatment and payment options. Thank you so much for treating my senior Bonnie with such care! She is scratching no longer. Instant relief for my little senior kitty

I am forced to leave yet a second review because I was unable to directly reply to the response from Scarbrough. - My vet did not turn me away. Anyone who read my story is aware that my vet was booked and closing early. He could have gotten me in, but Eve was hiding behind the couch, apparently illness related, and by the time we were able to retrieve her, it was too late to get in. - Scarbrough cannot state that Eve received excellent care because care was not provided. The office was closed at 6pm and Eve was left alone during the night. She was found deceased when the doors were open for the next day of business. - Leaving Eve without staff on site was never, ever discussed with us and the fact that Dr. Julia Drube wants to blatantly lie about this and that the office wants to support this completely disgusts me to my core. - Do not reply to this review with more misinformation to cover your reputation. It would be in your best interest to let this be. My interview with Channel 10 news which will air on Tuesday will recount Eve's story. The more you continue to fabricate what truly happened, the more I will continue to speak of Dr. Drube and your facility.

Our 9 year old cat Eve got sick last week. She had been losing weight and then on Wednesday, had an hard time getting around and wouldn’t eat. Our own vet was booked and closing early, so we made the rash decision to go to Scarbrough. We met with Dr. Julia Drube who ordered blood work and X-rays. It was determined that Eve had hyperthyroidism. Dr. Drube recommended that Eve spend the night at their facility, on an IV with fluids, meds, and an appetite booster. We would be able to get Eve the next day after another round of blood work, take her home with meds, and come back in 3 weeks for a follow up. I was assured by the nurse that I would get follow up calls, could request pictures, and could text after hours. By 4pm, I still had no follow up. I called and Dr. Drube told me Eve was unhappy with the “cone of shame”, but otherwise doing well on her IV. They were going to try and give her something to eat. Again, I heard nothing and when I called back, I found the office was closed and there was no number found to text. The next call I received was at 7:30 Thursday morning to find that Eve was found deceased when the office was opened. NO ONE WAS ON SITE AFTER HOURS! Had I been told this information, I never would have left Eve in their care. Dr. Drube “thought” she may have had a thyroid storm and her heart or liver couldn’t handle it. We understand that Eve was sick. We understand that perhaps if Eve was home, she may still have passed. But to think of Eve alone, at their facility, with no one to monitor her, help her, possibly save her, but most importantly COMFORT her has crippled us. This is pure neglect. I know of one other dog that died there that night, as well. Alix, the office manager told me it was a parvo puppy because I saw the family walk out with their pet in a box. Parvo is very fatal. Another poor animal left with no monitoring or care. I shutter to think of how many other families have gone down this road with this poor excuse of an animal hospital. I’ll continue to advocate for our sweet girl and will do everything I can to make sure this stops.

I had to rush my furbaby to get emergency surgery. Everyone in this place is fantastic and so professional. I have found my new vet hospital. They love animals and it shows. My baby has a new life, thanks to these professionals.

Scarbrough has always been our kitty vet. We adopted a kitten from Broward Animal control 3 years ago and they recommended this hospital for her, we came & fell in love! They’re a no fear clinic, and treat both of babies as if they’re their own! It’s amazing how our cats growl & yowl with any other clinic except Scarbrough, here they allow themselves to be examined (even though they aren’t the happiest haha). Truly worth it, we love them & their staff!

I'm so happy I chose to come to this vet! My dog has had prolonged diarrhea, and his vet at Banfield was simply not addressing the issue! I feel so much better with the staff here. They were all super kind and very empathetic of what both my puppy and myself were going through. This place will be the place my puppy continues to go to. They truly care about the entire family, and they will go above and beyond to be sure your pet gets the care they need. Thank you so much for everything! There should be a 10 star rating for how amazing you all are.
