I have had the worst experience with this Brandyn guy. He is a compulsive lier, he ghosts you, does not answer emails, phone calls, or follow ups with voicemail. He is either related to someone or has dirt on someone because I would not even trust that man with a hose and a bucket. Worst experience ever. Lucky the actual work from the bodyshop is perfect. Lets go Brandyn!!!!

My car was in the shop 44days and I never received an estimate of the damages or expected time for delivery. During this period, I showed up one day without warning and they started looking for my car for approximately 15 minutes. When they find my car, it was parked in the parking lot and not in the garage where it was supposed to be. When they gave me the car , after 44days, uthey had lost a lock nut and they replaced it with one of another color and the front bumper was glued and the glue can be seen. A very low quality work. Take your car someplace else if you want a quality job.

I picked this place since I own a Mustang after my accident. Stacie conaway was great help and very sweet. Juan colon and his crew took care of my repairs, this guy is an absolute chad! He even got my aftermarket grille back from Steeda. My car was cleaned up nice and treated with respect. I definitely recommend this place if you're still on the fence. 5/5 great work guys !!

From the moment I spoke with Brandyn and Khrystal, I knew they were going to be great collision advisors. Brandyn initially assisted me with the process and took photos of my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Khrystal was very responsive and assured me that my vehicle was in good hands. The turnaround time and constant communication was very important to me and she was able to deliver great service. I highly recommend Sawgrass
Collision.

Got into a bad accident on I-95 My Progressive Estimator at Sawgrass Ford Collision Center was BRANDON. I had my very own customer service representative named Krystal who set the appointment, made the drop off very quick and easy, and called me every week with updates and EVERY time I called she PICKED UP! When I first arrived khrystal explained to me the entire process of how it was going to work. She said “I tell all my guests the same thing, minimum 3wks and I’ll surprise you in the end” It was the family oriented approach and rapport she built with me that helped me leave my Mercedes Benz! Sawgrass Ford delivered in 2 weeks. Although I never spoke or met Brandon he did the estimate for me and he did a phenomenal job orchestrating the repairs on my vehicle. They delivered my car to me at the front door washed, shiny, with a review sheet advising if I was happy to come here and give 5stars and if not to call KRYSTAL and then guess what!? Everything they repaired on my car is warrantied for LIFE as long as I’m the owner!!! …..What a perfect experience I HAD! THANK YOU TO THE COLLISION CENTER !!! I would say I will be back but that would mean another accident and I don’t want that! LOL !

In reading other relatively recent reviews for Sawgrass Ford Collision Center, I can say that my experience is very similar to others, and not in a positive way. I took my car in for body work to back left panel due to backing into a column in a parking garage April 29, 2023. Today is August 17, 2023. I have had to take my car back in to Sawgrass more than 5x for repairs to their repairs/careless work, and for repairs to damages my car sustained while in their shop. To date (8/17/2023!!!!!!!), the repairs to damage they caused my car have not been resolved properly (specifically talking about my vehicle's B Pillar/window trim). They damaged it. Didn't say anything to me (same thing with the other damages I brought to their attention.) Sawgrass Ford Collision Center returned my car to me as if all was well and probably did not expect me to notice any of the damages or careless repair work they did. (I can half laugh today imagining that their paint job will fly off in high Florida, storm season wind. I digress.) The B pillar trim Sawgrass Ford Collision Center replaced not once but twice needs to be repaired again because it appears Sawgrass Ford Collision Center affixed the trim with Elmer's glue. The trim work caused by Sawgrass Ford Collision Center ended up costing me money out of pocket. Why? Because when I took my car in for the repair to their repair, Sawgrass Ford Collision Center provided paperwork to the Enterprise Car Rental Center at Sawgrass so that I could be provided a "courtesy" car rental. The "courtesy" car rental ended up costing me over $150 American dollars because I supposedly signed up for their car rental insurance, when I know I did not! I asked for paperwork or anything that would demonstrate I signed for the car rental insurance, and Enterprise were unable to provide it. ***I intend to dispute their charge with my bank and can only hope for a favorable outcome due to the fact Enterprise was not able to provide documentation. PROS: If you call Sawgrass Ford Collision Center and are dealing with Stacy, CONGRATULATION!!! She picks up her phone, answers questions, will call you back if you leave a message, and will also walk across the hall to the Enterprise Office there to deliver phone messages since Enterprise’s phones have “not worked” for months. CONS: Survey your car super thoroughly before leaving it for repairs with Sawgrass Ford Collision Center. Take your own pictures and video at Sawgrass before turning over your keys. Conduct the same thorough review of repairs when you pick up your car from Sawgrass Ford Collision Center. Be sure to assess the quality of their work, and also be sure to assess for damages that were not on your vehicle prior to drop off. The only reason I was able to get the damages they caused covered was because I took my own pictures and video of my car at Sawgrass Ford Collision Center prior to leaving it with them. I was able to evidence to Geico that the damages were caused by Sawgrass Ford Collision Center, and my Claims Adjuster initially informed me they were responsible for repairing any damages caused. Well, today, 3.5 months later, I am looking for a new shop to take my car to for the trim repair to Sawgrass Ford Collision Center’s "trim repair". According to Geico, Sawgrass will have to reimburse the new shop for the cost since Geico already paid them. This last detail (and Stacy) are literally the only wins I experienced in dealing with Sawgrass Ford Collision Center. Enter into business with Sawgrass Ford Collision Center with some caution and awareness.

The one phone that has a handset is not answered. The Enterprise Manager, William Delgado, claims Enterprise has been having "phone trouble" since February. Well yes, I'd have "phone trouble" too if the phone did not have a handset on the receiver and therefore did not ring, and ther
