I havent shopped her in over 6 years and all of a sudden i have them knocking on my door saying I owe them almost 8k for merchandise I did not purchase. Someone went to the store used my social and licensed and purchased multiple systems computers tablets apple watch and airpods. They will not show me evidence until i show them a police report. Im am so upset how could they not see this was a red flag. Waiting on the police report to be ready and all hell will break loose once I receive that.

Very Very big store in the Sawgrass Mills Mall with a ton of electronics items to browse amd purchase for moderate prices. They have a decent delivery plan for large items. I do notice plenty of service staff in all areas. For the first time I noticed a record player for sale with hdmi and bluetooth but a little pricey - it brought back memories of the 80s when I had hundreds of classic rock n roll albums.

At the beginning of December 2023 I purchased a Washer and Dryer package and paid $.1,622.19 in advance (Order # 27714820); When they went to install them, the installer said that in his opinion they did not fit well in space, so they recommended that I buy smaller ones that cost . $1,171.59 (Order #30622), which I did; The second ones turned out to be cheaper so they told me they would refund my credit card for $. 415.16. 2 months have already passed, during which time they have told me 3 times that the refund will arrive in 3 or 4 days, but they do not do so. They are irresponsible and dishonest people who keep money that does not belong to them.

If I could go negative I would. I've bought an entire kitchen set before with delivery, no issues. We move and I need a new stove. The stove that is delivered doesn't work, we find out later since it's a gas install and they don't do that. They send 2 guys to repair the oven. One jokes that I should just broil if thats all it does. They order parts and come back to repair again. Keep in mind we haven't been able to use this in over a month. They replace the faulty part, leave without testing and have to be called back, still doesn't work. They wrote on their report that is was fixed and no issues... when after they had to be called back and told us the entire unit has to be replaced. A week later we are still fighting with Brandsmart for an oven that doesn't work! It's been a month and a half already! You sold us a lemon! Exchange it already! Stay away from this store, terrible terrible experience.

Please stay far away from this store when something goes wrong they will do absolutely nothing to resolve it. Worst customer service, you're better off anywhere else but here.

This incident took place on december 8th, 2023 for approximately 6:00pm-7:30pm. Everyone is slow, doing everything. they even walk slow. i also work in this mall and honestly can’t believe the lack of urgency in helping the guest, especially in as big a store as that one. I went to buy airpod 3 pros which should’ve taken me no longer than 20-30 minutes maybe. given if they were busy since it is the holidays and i understand being busy and having to wait. HOWEVER, not once did i wait behind a single person or in any line, and the duration of my purchase to receiving the product was 1 hr and a HALF! literally arrived at 6 and left at 7:30. as soon as i walked into the store i asked the greeter where i could find airpods, they pointed me to the headphone department in the back. then i go to the back of the store (a big store) and there are two male employees on their phones of which i ask for the airpods and they told me i had to go back to the front of the store where i came from cause they didn’t have the key. so i go back to the store let the lady in the front know and she said “that’s weird, i don’t have the key either” and proceeds to type on her computer for ten minutes, hand me a ripped piece of paper with a written number, and then proceeded to send me back to the headphone section, with no explanation, i asks what it was for? she said i had to pay over there and they’ll give them to me. i go over there and they check me out, then print an “outside” receipt. mind you it’s already been about 40 minutes at this point of me standing around waiting on their EMPLOYEES. i asked, why do i have to go outside to pick up airpods if i’m still shopping in the mall? plus it was RAINING. They all would just shrug their shoulders acting like that wasn’t the dumbest thing ever. I told them i’d prefer to wait in the store instead of walk out in the rain for my airpods cause there is no reason i should have to go to the truck pick up for AIRPODS. they said it was procedure, i go outside, in the rain, and hand my receipt to a man who literally disappeared for 35 minutes. i was livid, and i really NEVER want to show attitude or anger toward retail workers because i KNOW what we deal with from people. However when one of the managers asked me why i was still standing there and i told them i was waiting for my airpods i paid for, for 30 minutes…. she looked at me like i was crazy and asked me why i was out there for some airpods??? i told her i asked the same exact thing and recieved nothing but attitude. then she asked for my receipt to which i said the guy literally has it, and behold!!! they go looking for him and he was walking around ON THE FLOOR!! I got them with very little apology for the wait and lack of professionalism. So if you’re thinking about buying airpods from this store, spend the extra $29 and just walk to target right next door… target will give you your airpods as soon as you pay for them. and they won’t act lazy and rude about it either!

Do not buy furniture from BrandsMart USA. They deliver damaged, used or factory defected furniture and they refuse to replace with a new ones in good condition. We bought a leather sofa whose leather defects were masked by the delivery crew. After weeks of ignoring our grievances confirmed by photos, we have no choice but to stop payments and demand compensation for fraudulent practices in a lawsuit.

I had the absolute worst experience EVER with brandsmart. I will never, ever shop with them again. They sold me the worst dryer and washer machines and refuse to take responsibility. I’ve spent hours trying to get this fixed. What a massive mistake dont buy from them.
