I've been coming to this Ford for all of my cars & service for over 15 years, and the only reason I'm rating it above a 3 is because of Patrick. No other service advisor has been more helpful or prompt in over a decade than he has been in the past year. He's helped me resolve several major issues, and last-minute car emergencies in same day situations.
I'd be lying if I gave the service department as a whole a higher rating, but Patrick is extremely dedicated to his customers and deserves the recognition for it.

Just wanted to mention how impressed I was with the level of professionalism I experienced with Sawgrass Fords Service Department. Kerby helped me out with a recall issue with my Truck. He was great. Everyone I've met at this dealership has been fantastic. That kind of culture and attitude comes from the top, so kudos to the managers there. Keep up the good work.

Today was my first time using the quick lane at Sawgrass Ford. From Josh, to Charmilla, to Paula, customer service was great. They offer shuttle service back to your house and at home vehicle delivery for free.

Dropped off Company Truck for service, the service Manager was very friendly,professional, also knowlegable. Everyone else were helpful. Nice place to shop, buy and purchase any and all Ford products. Will come again.

I had a scheduled appointment only to be told that I would need to leave my vehicle for the week due to their short staff. Very disappointed and most likely my last vehicle with them. As service has gone downhill.....

Louis Medina was the service representative was very helpful and he sought that every need was taken care of , he provided very detailed information as to services available and he noticed there were 2 recall issues which were addressed. My overall experience was incredible ,my vehicle was thoroughly serviced and made brand new again, looking forward to my next service experience.

So far, quite disappointed in the time to get Recalls, TSBs, and failed parts replaced. Has been over a month, of which the first 9 days was without a rental.
My daughter was in town for Christmas from Colorado. She was down last year when I had my truck in the shop at a different dealer. She never saw my new vehicle. So this year Sawgrass Ford has my truck at this time of year and I drove over to the lot to show her my truck. The pictures attached are what I noticed that the frame around my tag has been bent. Not a big deal but I did pay twenty bucks for that frame. Also I noticed that they cleaned my steering wheel with some solvent of some sort and which has faded the steering wheel and airbag cover, which I will take up with them when I am told my truck is ready for pick up.
I will revise this review once they have had an opportunity to respond to my dissatisfaction when I pick up my truck. I hope to be able to pick up my truck soon.
** UPDATE: Sawgrass Ford offered to buy new plate frame, but I asked them to try to bend back to shape first, which they did and now it works. They also offered to replace the airbag cover on the steering g wheel. I declined and I will tell you why...I think that since I was in the rental that was provided that had a pitch black interior I was more sensitive when I got into my truck and saw that my covers are not the same color black. In fairness I think the discoloration shows up more on the camera than it does to the visible eye and since my vehicle is already over a year old, I thought it was not fair of me to have that replaced. I think perhaps the coloration is just natural fade. For the record I never put any solvents or cleaners on my Dash or any of the parts on my interior only wet soft paper towel.
I do feel though however three stars is warranted because not all the TDBs appeared to be completed and now I still have recalls open and they were unable to fix the intermittent cruise control and collision assist errors. They continue to happen to this day.
