Went for the first time to the Sawgrass Ford Collision to repair my wife VW Tiguan, it was done great and beautifully, like brand new and was delivered at time was promised, Excellent customer service by Kailyn, Brandyn and Caroline , always called me or my wife and kept us informed with the process up to the end of the repair, if had any question called them and they were all the time available to answer any concern, recommended to family and friends. UPDATE: Even more rude when picking up the car today. They just pushed my mother right out the door. I’d just stay away.Place is terrible. No communication. Timeframes are all over the place. Was told I would get a phone call before work started. Nothing. Wouldn’t recommend. Added bonus, Enterprise that’s housed on the property isn’t any better. CS is non existent.

On the advice of the insurance that this was an authorized location to State Farm, I sent my vehicle there.When my vehicle arrived I spoke with Nathalie and told her on impact the screen in my car started flickering, if they were going to run the diagnostics to see if the sensors tripped it.SHE ASSURED ME THEY WOULD.They called me today to say my car is ready for pick up but they saw the screen flickering, seeing it’s the first time they turned it on the vehicle and drove it, they think it’s a a factory default, So I should use my warranty.I reminded them of my conversation with NATHALIE.The technician told me I have warranty on my vehicle I should just let my dealership fix it. Statefarm did not approve the cost (which is based on their expertise from the original estimate). He said they did the diagnosis with the car off as they damaged sensors would have thrown off the reading. ?That made absolutely no sense, so you sent an estimate to statefarm without checking the entire vehicle??????I called statefarm they said, if it’s diagnosed and it’s connected to the accident they WILL APPROVE THE FIX.2 mins after talking to statefarm, ford collision calls me back to say, they spoke with another agent at statefarm and they ENDED MY RENTAL, and I have to come pick up my vehicle because the agent asked them if the car was drivable and they said yes, she GOOGLED to see if there was a factory issue and that model seems to have one. So it’s within my warranty.This claim is still ongoing as I called statefarm back and they extended my rental, to figure out why Ford Collision CANNOT DO THE DIAGNOSIS INHOUSE. If you are not equipped to fix a make and model, why take it into your body shop. That’s dishonest and shows incompetence.These technicians are here for a money grab and expect me to pick up a vehicle that is not fully functional because it’s the last day of the month.Shame on you guys. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to your dealership NOT HERE!

My vehicle has been with these liars for 2 months and counting. I have read the reviews here.. It's the worst feeling you could ever experience. Vehicles should be repaired in a timely manner, customer communicated with on a Consistent basis. Customers vehicle should be treated with the upmost care... This Sawgrass Ford is a private Owned company, by someone who does not value the customer..And you will notice this, once you meet their lying staff. Krystal - their collision service specialist, Was so unprofessional, misleading, lying on a regular basis , non communication & of course, She has a nasty Attitude. Disgraceful place this is.

Brought my Acura SUV to be fixed after a minor fender bender.. the other persons insurance was paying for the damage. The front bender had to be replaced & painted. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer! The job was completed quicker than expected, it was done beautifully, and the communication was constant from Jennifer! I was so grateful that this experience was quick & easy! I highly recommend this collision center! It was such a great experience that I asked to speak to Bill (the manager) to share my delight! Top notch service!! Very hard to find! I applaud them for caring about their customers!

Sawgrass Ford Collision exceeded my expectations. They were able to coordinate seamlessly with my insurance and made all repairs much quicker than I anticipated. "You got a new car?" Someone asked. No, I just got this 15 years old car back from Sawgrass Ford Collision Center. My insurance did not want to use another CC and chose to transfer my car to SFCC. It took almost two months to get the car done. Partly because the first CC did not forward all the car parts taken out to SFCC. So SFCC has to order the missing parts and that took time. For this review, the key things that I want to highlight are the people with whom I dealt with. Cathetina (speeling?), the receptionist, answered the phone within seconds and showed a helpful attitude. Nathalie was sincere in explaining to me that her boss was sick. It might take longer. Somehow, she initiated the assignment of Brandyn who ended up taking over the handling of my car. He has decades of experiences dealing with anything car since he was a teenager. He showed initiative, and communicated precisely. He is a doer. A problem solver. He gave me confidence. His assistance, Krystal, was also very helpful and keeping me posted on the progress. It should be pointed out that Enterprise car rental has its office right at the SFCC.
