I wish I could put 0 stars. Ulidy the store manager is the rudest and most unprofessional retail employee I’ve ever encountered. She made up fake rules to protect her commissions and threw a receipt in my face telling me to leave. Any self-respecting person should stay away from this store and company until Ulidy is no longer employed there.

Ulidy is the store manager, and she was absolutely unprofessional and rude. The older Latin sales associate didn’t want to help me, but was dying to ring me up, clearly working off commission. I will never step foot into that location. I would rather purchase Sandro items from companies like Nordstrom and Saks, where the sales associates are trained properly on customer service and treat the customer with respect.

Sawgrass Mills has literally everything and anything you need. I love the designer outlets. I also love Primark. They have Target, IKEA, an escape room and every store and restaurant you can think of. It's well laid out but expect to do lots and lots of walking

So many beautiful stores such an expensive mall with high-end stores what a shame that they don't have the courtesy to keep their bathrooms, clean the most disgusting experience of my life not even in the fast food places did I ever come across some thing as disgusting as these bathrooms in this mall. Shame on the management for having such an expensive mall with such poor cleaning. Great stores but unfortunately, the experience was so bad in these bathrooms that I'm not coming back.

I had a massage next to the food court and was told before that the price was $20 for 20 minutes which i agreed to but after it was over they charged me $30 which is 50% more I paid it but felt like I was scammed.

Cool mall. Outlet mall and prices are somewhat reasonable. We ate Italian outside on the patio. It was good !

I always enjoy shopping at The Colonnade at Sawgrass Mills. The design allows you to move between stores easily to shop. It's never congested or to crowded which is also a benefit of the open air malls. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays with a great selection of holiday music!

My family and enjoyed shopping at the Sawgrass Mills. We dined at the Yard House restaurant, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I was not impressed with the food.

I have been coming to Sawgrass Mall since I was a little girl. I grew in the area but now live further north. Every once in a blue moon, we do make the drive down to do a bit of shopping and burn off those calories. This mall is humongous and has definitely changed over the years. You can definitely get lost in here and can get a bit frustrating if you are not used to this mall. What ever you're shopping preference is, this mall will have it. There's plenty of food courts around the mall so you're not stuck with just going to one location. They also have an outdoor shopping area and even a movie theater. One of the original stores that been there from the start is target. Which is a part of the mall that's not very popular and you'll even notice leaving target and entering the mall that the air-conditioning doesn't seem to work and is pretty warm in that small area. They don't have a lot of restaurants, but one of the original restaurants that have been there forever is the rainforest Café. Which is your typical tourist trap. I will definitely come check this place out go shopping, eat, burn calories and just have a great day looking for all the deals.

Are usually don't come here on the weekends because it's crowded and parking is tough. So I didn't realize that they have crafts and a farmers market on weekends indoors and outdoors with samples and all kinds of interesting things.

Lots of stores but the mall doesn't flow. It needs a major uplift to become current. I

One of my favorite malls in south Florida. It's huge and lavish. They indoor stores and outdoor stores. I found a unique boutique for some cute outfits. Very clean and not overcrowded. Great place to bring family.

Terrible customer. Walked in and was the only person in the store yet the two employees working blatantly ignored me. I had various items I wanted to try on and no one assisted me. While I was trying on items, the male worker was talking to the female worker about his WhatsApp messages and how “toxic” he was being towards someone. I was leaving and I asked what time they open the next day and the female worked stated “10 AM”. Then as I was walking out the door, the male worker said “we open at 11 AM”, snickering. I should’ve asked which is it, 10 or 11, but it was clear the guy was just trying to be rude to me. Awful and won’t be coming back

We were told that this mall would take more than a day to do..I was up for the challenge! Being that it is the 5th largest shopping mall in the US. I can outshop my whole family (they dont have the endurance I do..hehe) I don't have to go into every store, just the stores that I shop such as TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Nordstrom rack, Adidas , Gucci, Coach, and the like. First day we went was on a Sunday, I was surprised that the mall opened until 8p...lucky for me because I went later in the afternoon around 3p. Therefore that is why I had to go back for a second day, I also had a return so thats why I went back the next day Monday and it wasn't as crowded, but I also went later in the day, and they close at 9p weekdays. Second day I got to go to the Colonnade shops which are on the outside, its mostly high end. I was really interested in Gucci, but they had a line outside which is the norm these days...I did a quick window shop to decide if I wanted to wait in the 93 deg weather which feels.like 104!! No, I did not! Nor did I really see anything I wanted to buy, Back to the air-conditioned shopping, hopefully I can go back when Temps are cooler. Its easy to get lost in this mall. We walked over 7000 steps that first day,and over 10000 the second, I think its because we circled once losing our directions , easy workout for me though,, I do 12000 steps almost daily when I'm at home. All the stores are bigger as in square footage, and I really like that, thats what takes so long in each store. Searching for the styles and sizes. Lots of international tourists here...they have their suitcases and carts that look like luggage carts you can rent, rolling around. Some have a 'seat' i saw elderly using to be pushed or 2 kids can fit. I will definitely be back to this mall as I'm sure I'll be back in Fort Lauderdale.
