There is no difference compared to a bestbuy or Wallmart. They should have special discounts to encourage purchases and even more so if it is in a mall that is supposed to have discounts

We will never buy another single thing from Samsung ever again ! We traded our perfect phones for new ones. We mailed our phones back per instructions and they notified us our phones were broken. Our phones were not broken. Just send me my phone back and I will send you thos new phone. The s24 has been nothing but trouble. I have to restart it every other day because the phone does not work. I cannot make calls or text without restarting first!

Honestly there are people who play the role of ?vones, they have a LOCU face that practically should not be hired, that day I went to the local Moll Sawgrass and when I entered, puuuu a more bold salesperson, with no desire to work, terrible, I didn't feel like working ask nothing, however the T mobile salespeople are very friendly.

Bought a new Samsung A13 from Xfinity store 6/24/23. Second week in February 2024 the phone would not turn off or on with the power button. Took it back to Xfinity who told me it was still under warranty from the manufacturer and I would have to go through them. Contacted Samsung re: replacement. They advised the phone has been out of warranty since 2022. And naturally the Asurant insurance was worthless as well. After fighting with them for 30 minutes they agreed to pay for the repair. However it would be 10 to 12 days before I get the phone back. I advised them that I need the phone for medical reasons to monitor my glucose levels daily. They could care less, simply stated that's all they will do. I am stuck with a phone that I can not refresh and keep the software up to date. Will never buy Samsung again.

I had a very horrible sales guy I asked him twice was he alright he said yes no smile no enthusiasm I told him he seemed like he wanted me out of the store . I brought one thing I left because I felt he didn't want to sell me anything else.

Do not buy Samsung Fold, the screen is damaged and they do not respond for its repair, being such an expensive phone and it is a defect that I have already heard from many people. They should respond. Nobody buys a quality phone to receive this bad service and I did not believe it until What happened to me, I called and they don't answer, they don't care about the clients.
