I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING TOLD I WAS STEALING BY EXIT DOOR CLERK JOHN!!!!!!
Extremely poor customer service at the check out location by the front exit door. As I gave my receipt to the exit door clerk he scanned it and proceeded to scan three items in my cart. He scanned the same item twice and looked me in my face and said that I was stealing. I was extremely confused about the situation and embarrassed because he made the mistake and he said I should have told him that he scanned the same item twice. That is not my job I don't work for Sam's Club he needs to pay attention and do his job properly. I will never return to this location!!!!!!!!?

Never a bad experience at Sam's Club except. What you need to change is the exit outside the exit door. I was in a rush because I purchased cold perishables and was rushing to leave but the outside solicitation seemed extremely upset that I didn't speak to them. It may be a better Idea to place them in the store at the entrance.

Terrible service. Only one person on a Sunday checking receipts. Of course the line to exit was huge. Their "scan and go" turns into "scan and WAIT even longer". Luckily the customer service line was empty so I returned the items quickly and left that madness.

I really wished there was a option for zero stars I have been a sams club member over 25 years and so have my family the humiliation I received today from this location was flat out disgusting I had a cart full over 300$ worth of items and the managers need to be re trained I was racially profiled by a manager named big back Naomi she’s disgusting and her little minions she’s rude talks disrespectful to paying citizens I will not be returning to this location that lady attitude sucks she needs to be fired period

I have purchased two pack of cigarettes. I asked for Marlborough ultralight 100 the representative give me the shorts one instead and put me that in the black bag when I came home I noticed they make a mistake. I came Sunday morning ask to exchange it they were very rude , and did not want to exchange it even though one of their employee was the one that make a mistake and gave me the wrong item They have the worst customer service that the client can get try not to shop in this branch horrible

Amanda from club pickup was so rude when she gave me the groceries she literally threw it at me and I was such in shock that they have an employee like that working for them it’s gross. I also asked her a simple question and she attacked me I think she’s racist this is ridiculous never coming here again!!! Get better employees!!!
