5 stars for the bakery they're so quick and cheap and compared to Publix it's such a huge price gap 17$ for a cake personalized & 10$ for the cupcakes. I got my baby shower stuff here as well and the flavor was 10/10 everyone loved it

Well, Sam's Club used to be synonymous with "Customer Service." Oh, but the mighty have fallen, right down into the dark drain of declining enterprises. Shareholders, pay attention. We've heard this lament before. Remember K-Mart? Hmm. Blockbuster? Anyone even remember them? Good comparison because Amazon has stolen the thunder of a lot of wholesale companies. But here's the deal on that dilemma. If your competition is fierce, you carve out a new niche. One tried and true business model is throttle up your customer service. Take note, Sam's Club. Your customer service royally sucks. Case in point. My wife and I arrived at the Sunrise store and discovered there were no carts. Now, talk about poor and incompetent management. If your bread and butter is based on volume, and you don't have a cart for people to pile up their merchandise, its analogous to owning an airline but not having a single plain. Enjoy the flight, folks. Now, back to today. Insult to injury. When we asked two employees in the cart-area for carts, they laughed. No kidding. Hmm. Something tells me that Costco will be laughing too, all the way to the bank. I did get finally get a cart, but only after walking out the door and seeing other frustrated customers scramble for them in the parking lot. If you don't have the staff to adequately handle a Saturday rush of clientele, hire more people, unless you secretly work for Costco!

I visited this Sam's location yesterday and I was served by two very rude cashiers. I was confused as to what the attitude was about if, like other people, I was shopping. It was so bad that I had to get the name if the second casher, Diana. Horrible service, snarky remarks, rolling her eyes. In desperate need of a customer service crash course.

I got tires installed at this location. They scratches my rims. I had to go back and forth between managers to get a solution. Go elsewhere where they care about your car.

Would like to give a 5 star review to Melissa in customer service. Just rejoined Sams in Sawgrass since I let membership lapse several years ago. Melissa was so patient and helpful in getting my wife and I set up with your new apps. She is an absolute diamond and a true asset to your organization. She truly made us feel welcome.

Every time i come to pick up my order here, the reserved pick up spots are taken and the customers are inside shopping. You guys need to start towing cars.

Less than 1 star for the tires service in Sams club, staff are not interested in doing well their job, I was waiting for more than an hour just for them to check a tire that had been left installed incorrectly no one attended me at the end they say they did not have my car waiting and make me do another order for checking. if you come to buy you will be treated splendidly but if you are going to claim a bad installation they will leave you on hold all day!

I love shopping here , store is well stocked and clean . I however didn't really appreciate that staff was allowing people bring big dogs or any dogs for that matter into store . They weren't service animals , feel is shouldn't have been allowed to to all food , one lady was sitting with her dog cafe area . I hope this issue is addressed.

When it comes to these types of membership warehouse clubs, it seems that they have some type of agreement. You can find some items in one but not the other. For instance, B.J.'s has a great deli. The other two don't have a deli. Sam's tends to be a bit cheaper than B.J's and Costco but overall, Costco is the most popular. Sam's is great for cleaning supplies and paper products. I enjoyed looking at their patio furniture too. I would go back here when I can but this locations is far from home. The food court was not that great. Costco does more volume so the food is usually fresh.

Yay! We got a membership again. It's probably been over a year since we were last here. I think out of the 3 wholesale clubs (BJ's, Costco & Sam's), this is my favorite. Since we currently have memberships to BJ's & Costco, my husband wanted to hold off until our Costco membership ended but we got an offer in the mail that if you purchase the $45 membership, they give you a $45 gift card. Well that was a no brainer and an offer we couldn't refuse. We only needed paper towels and toilet paper but ended up spending a whole lot more! On the way in to the Customer Service desk to get our membership, I happened to see that they had a collapsible wagon. We had just mentioned to our daughter a couple of days ago that she should get one so it was perfect timing. I called her while I was there to see if she wanted me to get it for her but she wanted to think about it, but after Googling it and finding out that it was almost double the price online, she agreed. I really missed their bakery section and had to get some croissants (they are always so flaky), blueberry muffins and apple turnovers since we were there. I'm happy to be back!

On June 10, 2021, at approximately 6:10 PM, I walked into the Liquor Department to make a purchase. Upon entering, the cashier looked in my direction and put her head back down looking into her phone. Prior to checking out, I asked the cashier (female) if there were any Martini Rosso wine and she simply replied shaking her head indicating there were none. Upon checking out, I noticed the cashier was playing a game on her cellphone which was the reason for her lack of customer service. It is obvious this employee was more concerned in her game than doing her job. I hope someone from the management team will rectify this issue. NOTE: The cashier did not even make an attempt to verify the item in your inventory.

Customer service is amazing and workers are helpful. It depends which day you go. In my opinion, weekends and Mondays are the best day. The only downside are the long lines at checkout and customer service. I like this location.
