This morning I was getting to know the facilities, the area of batteries and tires has a lot of potential, but the equipment they have is limited to certain characteristics of vehicle tires, it does not cover all models, my recommendation is the acquisition of equipment with more range of coverage for more vehicles and thus minimize damage in tire exchanges, the staff is very friendly, and with a good tool I know that they will be able to position themselves as number one, keep going, they have a lot to give

If I could give zero I would. They scratch my rims badly doing a tire patch and repair. The car is a brand new 2024 Mazda I’ve only had it for 2 months and the rim is badly scratched all around the rim. I just want to cry.

So me and My Husband purchased tires at Sam’s Club probably maybe about six months ago or so under warranty I ordered a new tire due to a nail. They told me that it would be in within the next two hours because they just put their order in and it should be delivered that was false information then they told us that it should be there on Sunday. Well, that was false information once again it came in on Monday. They told us to come in after two what I did, they told me that it would be an hour max an hour and a half due to a few cars in front of me that was false information. It took two hours by the time I got my car and probably could’ve took even longer than that because he looked at me when I walked up to ask him how much longer and he told me another 20 minutes , this is unacceptable especially then I called the manager over the gentleman name was George. He did absolutely nothing just goes. Oh there was callouts. Have a nice day. Do not recommend going to this tire shop at all

I made an appoint at 8 AM for tire rotation and fixing one nail on one tire. They fixed it and did not charge me anything. I have the tire rotation for life with Sam's club and I am a plus member. This was nice. This took them almost 1.5 hours to complete, even being the first one on the appointment. This was the best experience I had there.
Before, they always make me wait one hour or two more than what they originally promised. They are very slow to complete the jobs, maybe, not enough help. I see a lot of bad reviews for the store.
I agree the prices are good. There is room for improvement on the service.

Sam's charged only $5 per tire for the service, which Pepboys quoted $30 per tire, and toyota dealership quoted at $150 per tire! Just to replace old TPMS sensors.

Located across the street from the Sawgrass Mall this Sam's Club has grocery, liquor, and tire stores all in one place. This Sam's club is usually well stocked but Sam's doesn't rotate items as frequently as Costco. They could also use a little more variety in the produce department. Staff also varies in friendliness levels with some very helpful and other barely willing to acknowledge your existence. Overall though they do offer a good value on a lot of items and that is why we return.

Sam's club during the holidays usually nuts but today not so bad. The staff at the self checkout lines very accommodating. The meat cutting guy not working today - staff cuts ? Unsure why...Prices on paper goods has gone sky high - at least doubled in last 3 years, but so has everyone else. Sam's still very slightly better deal at bulk, but have noticed sizes are smaller of certain items. Sam's has most items i need. They have many freebee try me now food stands which i enjoy. Propane for sale outside. Great deals at front of store on hotdogs and pizza. Really great prices on HUGE apple pies. Also, competitive prices on wine and liquor. Very clean store which tells me that management cares.

5 stars for the bakery they're so quick and cheap and compared to Publix it's such a huge price gap 17$ for a cake personalized & 10$ for the cupcakes. I got my baby shower stuff here as well and the flavor was 10/10 everyone loved it

Well, Sam's Club used to be synonymous with "Customer Service." Oh, but the mighty have fallen, right down into the dark drain of declining enterprises. Shareholders, pay attention. We've heard this lament before. Remember K-Mart? Hmm. Blockbuster? Anyone even remember them? Good comparison because Amazon has stolen the thunder of a lot of wholesale companies. But here's the deal on that dilemma. If your competition is fierce, you carve out a new niche. One tried and true business model is throttle up your customer service. Take note, Sam's Club. Your customer service royally sucks. Case in point. My wife and I arrived at the Sunrise store and discovered there were no carts. Now, talk about poor and incompetent management. If your bread and butter is based on volume, and you don't have a cart for people to pile up their merchandise, its analogous to owning an airline but not having a single plain. Enjoy the flight, folks. Now, back to today. Insult to injury. When we asked two employees in the cart-area for carts, they laughed. No kidding. Hmm. Something tells me that Costco will be laughing too, all the way to the bank. I did get finally get a cart, but only after walking out the door and seeing other frustrated customers scramble for them in the parking lot. If you don't have the staff to adequately handle a Saturday rush of clientele, hire more people, unless you secretly work for Costco!

Ketly in the bakery at the Sunrise Sam's Club location went above and beyond in helping me deliver holiday cheer to my clients this Christmas! When another vendor couldn't fill my order 2 days before I needed 32 platters of 60 cookies, Ketly and her team came to the rescue. They came in early and were baking elves. I so appreciate their kindness during a stressful moment for me. I will go back again and again. Happy holidays!

I visited this Sam's location yesterday and I was served by two very rude cashiers. I was confused as to what the attitude was about if, like other people, I was shopping. It was so bad that I had to get the name if the second casher, Diana. Horrible service, snarky remarks, rolling her eyes. In desperate need of a customer service crash course.

Sams club is pretty good!! it has great prices for the bundles it comes with. Not to mention the sample machines around the store. I highly reccomend this place.
