This store is so dysfunctional. Some employees are very nice and do try, but the company sets them up for total failure. I had damaged tires - needed an urgent repair - and needed to make sure Sam's had replacements in stock that would fit. 1. First off, you cannot reach anyone in the tire dept anymore - you call the local store and are routed to an off-shore Philippines call center. Their offshore call center can only schedule appointments - they can't tell you anything about inventory at store level. 2. I tried ordering tires online - almost all showed "out of stock". I have an extremely common tire size - it's a midsize sedan! You can't even special order - the website offers to special order, but then throws up error messages saying "out of stock" on everything! 3. You can't talk to a local tire tech at the store- I tried and was disconnected 7 times (and no - I'm not exaggerating.) They finally admitted people were trying all day and said the tire center phone extension "must not be working". No one could walk over to check or contact them in any other way. 4. I asked if I could speak to a store mgr or assistant manager: maybe they could check to see if they had tires in stock? They replied it was impossible to get a mgr on the phone - so sorry. 5. I tried the "need help?" chat rep online: after 30 min back and forth, including trying to contact the store herself, she said she couldn't reach them and just confirmed all tires appear "out of stock" and says "so sorry. Thank you for understanding." Happy ending: I DID finally get the tires changed - but had to make 2 trips: had to drive there in person just to find out if they had the tires I needed in stock, then go back the next day to install, as they couldn't do it that day. That store is just confused and chaotic on so many levels. I feel badly for the employees.

Located across the street from the Sawgrass Mall this Sam's Club has grocery, liquor, and tire stores all in one place. This Sam's club is usually well stocked but Sam's doesn't rotate items as frequently as Costco. They could also use a little more variety in the produce department. Staff also varies in friendliness levels with some very helpful and other barely willing to acknowledge your existence. Overall though they do offer a good value on a lot of items and that is why we return.

Sam's club during the holidays usually nuts but today not so bad. The staff at the self checkout lines very accommodating. The meat cutting guy not working today - staff cuts ? Unsure why...Prices on paper goods has gone sky high - at least doubled in last 3 years, but so has everyone else. Sam's still very slightly better deal at bulk, but have noticed sizes are smaller of certain items. Sam's has most items i need. They have many freebee try me now food stands which i enjoy. Propane for sale outside. Great deals at front of store on hotdogs and pizza. Really great prices on HUGE apple pies. Also, competitive prices on wine and liquor. Very clean store which tells me that management cares.

5 stars for the bakery they're so quick and cheap and compared to Publix it's such a huge price gap 17$ for a cake personalized & 10$ for the cupcakes. I got my baby shower stuff here as well and the flavor was 10/10 everyone loved it

Well, Sam's Club used to be synonymous with "Customer Service." Oh, but the mighty have fallen, right down into the dark drain of declining enterprises. Shareholders, pay attention. We've heard this lament before. Remember K-Mart? Hmm. Blockbuster? Anyone even remember them? Good comparison because Amazon has stolen the thunder of a lot of wholesale companies. But here's the deal on that dilemma. If your competition is fierce, you carve out a new niche. One tried and true business model is throttle up your customer service. Take note, Sam's Club. Your customer service royally sucks. Case in point. My wife and I arrived at the Sunrise store and discovered there were no carts. Now, talk about poor and incompetent management. If your bread and butter is based on volume, and you don't have a cart for people to pile up their merchandise, its analogous to owning an airline but not having a single plain. Enjoy the flight, folks. Now, back to today. Insult to injury. When we asked two employees in the cart-area for carts, they laughed. No kidding. Hmm. Something tells me that Costco will be laughing too, all the way to the bank. I did get finally get a cart, but only after walking out the door and seeing other frustrated customers scramble for them in the parking lot. If you don't have the staff to adequately handle a Saturday rush of clientele, hire more people, unless you secretly work for Costco!

I visited this Sam's location yesterday and I was served by two very rude cashiers. I was confused as to what the attitude was about if, like other people, I was shopping. It was so bad that I had to get the name if the second casher, Diana. Horrible service, snarky remarks, rolling her eyes. In desperate need of a customer service crash course.

I got tires installed at this location. They scratches my rims. I had to go back and forth between managers to get a solution. Go elsewhere where they care about your car.

Less than 1 star for the tires service in Sams club, staff are not interested in doing well their job, I was waiting for more than an hour just for them to check a tire that had been left installed incorrectly no one attended me at the end they say they did not have my car waiting and make me do another order for checking. if you come to buy you will be treated splendidly but if you are going to claim a bad installation they will leave you on hold all day!
