I came back to the store, cause on Thursday I had a problem returning an item, and Azy, the store director saw my complaint, took her time and answered my email, that’s the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She went above and beyond, just by answering to my concern! And now solving my issue! Thank you Azy! You were outstanding! And all the staff today friendly and nice! Nothing like Thursdays night one, that didn’t bother to listen to what I was trying to explain!

This place has a huge clean open floorplan. Actually very good deals on mens and womens clothing and a large suitcase section, im assuming since the Sawgrass Mills Mall is know for its international travel. My wife of course spent time in the purse section. The checkout line was not long but probably on the weekends its packed. Noticed that there were several employees in most of the sections.

The outlet version of Saks has always been a good place to find good quality bargains. Last time I stopped in here I saw great deals on name brands like Vince, Polo, Lacoste, Munsingwear, Robert Graham, etc. The quality of the items is probably a bit better than Marshall's or TJ Maxx, but the price point is usually higher as well. The store is huge...give yourself plenty of time to wander around.
