I'll keep it short. The repairs that were needed for my watches was reduced to only a battery! The lady that works there I assume it's Ruby her customer service skills over the phone SUCKS! The so called "ticket system" they have well they need another system it's 2023 upgrade your antiquated ways of business. -5 stars!

Great service. Excellent watch adjustments. Won't charge if you need to tighten up your watch a little bit (assuming you went there for the original adjustment).

Needed a battery replaced in Invicta watch. Battery was replaced in under 10 minutes total. The man who worked on the battery change knew what he was doing.. used the proper fitting tools to remove the water tight back.. He ensured that the water seal ring was properly placed when he put the back plate on the watch.. he is a true craftsman. The cost was only $5.00 ...a pleasent suprise. I would recommend this shop for anytime of jewelry repair.

I brought in a watch and an earring to be repaired. After looking at the two pieces the jeweler quoted $50 to repair both. After a few days I returned to pickup my repaired jewelery and pay the bill. I was told that the earring was not repaired as a black diamond was "now missing" and repair of the watch was $35 which had to be paid in CASH. I wonder if this "cash" only policy has any tax implications? The earrring repair was then quoted at $95 with a black Onyx replacing the now missing black diamond. At a minimum this is a switch and bait, at the maximum, someone else has my black diamond and I will be notifying the IRS and State Revenue Office to assure that all sales are being properly accounted for.
