I went to this ross and went through the self checkout line, I didn’t realize that it was a 8 item minimum and had 10 items, the loss prevention gave me such an attitude and said i was holding up the entire line. unprofessional and sooo rude.

I am always guaranteed to find something I like for myself, daughter or family members. Returns are easy and timely, just in case something doesn’t fit or you have changed your mind. A variety of sizes and colors too.

If you take the price tag off something to give it to someone as a gift and say they don’t want it. They won’t let you return the items. What a horrible experience, will not shop here again.

I am very upset...other day, An employee who worked in self-service was so discourteous, impolite and rude to me and another customer lady who was paying at another cashier, I had never really seen anything like that, I even requested the manager's presence, but he didn't show up. A customer lady was astonished by the bad attitude, rude, and unprofessional attitude of the employee who was clearly at an unhappy moment in her day and took her aggression and unhappiness out on the customers. I hope for a better day

I like to walk around Ross. Sometimes, I find some really good deals. It's definitely worth a look around every time I go by because they're always getting in new stuff. Unfortunately my difficulty is almost always in their shoe department where customers put back shoes in the wrong place so it's very difficult to find my size. This current visit, I actually had to complain to one of the store employees that in the men's shoes section, they don't actually have a bench where you can sit and try on your shoes. that's stupid.
