I went into the Robert Graham Outlet store to buy a shirt today. I've been in there on many occasions and have always had a pleasant experience. In particular I commend a young lady named Sydney for her excellent customer service. She's always very helpful in making sure I'm well accommodated in every aspect. Another young lady by the name of Nicole is also a very nice and pleasant as well.

I went to the Robert Graham sawgrass mills store for the 40% off entire store sale. And the the sales rep. Said they stop the sale and have a new sale. 30% off alarmed down products. Explained to the sale rep. That I came their specifically for that sale and didn't get much sleep because I had to wake up early to go to the store prior to going to work. I was told sorry. Then I was told that the manager had sent her a msg I believe last night or this morning to stop the sale and start that other sale. That is completely inappropriate and illegal. I am very angry that I got early; missed precious sleep. Looked for parking for like a half hour. To find out I wasted my time. I planned on buying atleast 2 limited edition shirts. The 40% off would have atleast gotten a shirt for Christmas and one for newyears. That was a horrible thing to do. I will attach the text msg screenshot to image upload

Poor customer service. Couldn't exchange a comparable shirt that was a gift. Same exact price. Poor management, buyers beware.
