Neglectful is the best term for the sales staff here.
Only had my new car for 2 months and it has been a nightmare trying to get everything done. The vehicle was solded damaged despite being told it went through inspection so it didn't have any problems. Mind you, still being charged monthly as if this vehicle had no problem.
Because of that, I had to leave my car at the service center TWICE because it failed again after a week.
At the point of writing this, I had still yet to receive my license plate because it failed to deliver to my address. Doesn't matter how many times on the paperwork it states my address, they will lose it. Now I have to waste more time trying to report it for lost and get a new one.
For anyone planning to get a vehicle here, take precaution.
You have every right to inspect the vehicle you're going to purchase, so double checked the lights, inside and outside, even take it for a test drive.
Plan for the worse, because it WILL happen. You're going to have to make time out of your day to resolve the problems set by this place.

What a disappointment. I purchased a brand-new 2024 fully loaded Kia Carnival SX Prestige, and my Sales Advisor called me a liar the next day when I told him that the vehicle was delivered with a broken part. I emailed the Sales Manager, no answer. After 4 weeks of emails, texts and calls, my problem hasn't been solved. What a hassle, it's been horrible. I purchased a new car, and a very expensive one, and I have been treated terribly, I was called a liar and my issue is still not fixed. I really don't understand. Let's see if someone at Rick Case Kia reads this review and does something about it. As of right now, if you want to buy a $54,000 brand new car, receive it with broken parts, and be called a liar the next day, go to Rick Case Kia.

Great experience with Rick Case Kia in Sunrise. Negotiated terms of lease and trade and completed credit app prior to coming down to test driving and taking delivery. Everyone was customer centric and an awesome experience to be in and out with our new vehicle which was the exact color and trim we wanted. Simply awesome treatment and service.

Can’t say enough nice things about this dealership. Bought my car here. Brought it back for the ceramic coating and to fix the window tint. They got me in on time and did a great job. Everyone is so nice! Highly recommend for car buying experience and service!

This is my 2nd Kia from Rick Case Kia Sunrise Fl. . When I bring my car in for service they are all friendly, very professional and organized. Getting a loaner car is such great customer service because you have a car and shouldn’t have to go without a car while they work on it.I just wish they’d fix their car washing stations. I get free washing’s with my new car but they never work.

We just bought a new Kia Forte. Thanks to James Robichaud our experience at Rick Case Sunrise has been extremely pleasant. Unlike those at other dealers. Rick Case did not have the exact car we were looking for but James told us they were going to receive a new batch soon. We waited, came back and there it was, our car. We had a great interaction with James so we're definitely coming back and hopefully get another Kia with his assistance.

My first time going to this dealership and I left a new car. The salesman Juan Gutierrez was really great, professional, and definitely was there to help me. There was a follow up, which always feels nice and makes the experience feel personal. The location is very clean, all the staff were friendly. I’ve been to Miami Lakes Automall looking for a Kia, and the experience was just awful. Rick Case Kia doesn’t disappoint. Very happy with the service so far. I can only hope it goes as smooth for my service appointment.

Both Joe and Lorenzo provided outstanding customer service at Rick Case Kia! They honored the appointment time, spent a lot of time discussing the vehicle with me, provided excellent communications, made recommendations to ensure that my vehicle was up-to-date on all services, and returned my car to me promptly! Following the service, they both walked the car with me to make sure I was satisfied! The vehicle specific knowledge and customer service at Rick Case Kia is above and beyond!! I am so incredibly happy with my Stinger purchase at Rick Case Kia!! A+++ all around!!

I scheduled my appointment and had Lorenzo and my service representative. He was professional and did his best to get me out of the dealership as soon as possible since I was on my way to work. He always kept me in the loop and what was going on with my car. I will definitely continue visiting this location for any future services.

I first came in and test drove a Xline Sportage and SX Prestige. Didn't care for either I wanted a Hybrid. But the SX Prestige was offered for 528 a month and when the Hybrid arrive which was stickered at 33k and the Rick Case ranked up the cost to 36k with add ons which I didn't even want or need If the customer request not to have it, they shouldn't be having it. Regardless of the dealership wanting to add it when it arrives. The add-ons weren't even installed when the vehicle arrived at the dealership and when I test drove it. My salesman Ivan told I had to have them and would not negotiate not having them installed. When it came to negotiation for the monthly payment. So the monthly payment is $580 for my EX hybrid versus $528 for the SX Prestige which was $38k two grand more than the Hybrid. How does that make any sense?. Why would the $36k vehicle come out to $580 a month and not a lower monthly payment. That surely does not makes no sense whatsoever. So I signed my paperwork and would take delivery next day because the vehicle was not PDI and the unnecessary add-ons weren't installed. So the next day we came to pick up the vehicle keep in mind it was getting dark by the time I took delivery. We did our 360 check everything seemed to be okay. When driving home I noticed that the interior rear view mirror was all filmed up and could not see outside of it, and also the two outside side mirrors were all water spotted and you could not see out of them. I told my sales person after I got home and also mentioned that there was a scratch on my exterior pillar that wasn't found during a 360. He told me I can come in the next day or Saturday. So I did come in that day Saturday to have them look at the scratch and it seemed like my sales person didn't want to really deal with me. Gave me a little bit of an attitude when I showed him the scratch, and he stated well. We did our 360 and we didn't see that. And I mentioned to him that well. I took delivery at night when it was dark out so we could really not see much. The other problem I was having was with the radio system. It was continued to do an update that wasn't completed after a whole day. Which seems that was fixed, then all the sudden my Kia connect was not operating correctly and I was told I had to call Kia to have it fixed. This is not a great start for purchasing a vehicle.Update Sept 6th found out from my insurance company my new vehicle is not registered Rick Case did not filed the proper documents for the transfer of my Florida tag and registration. Way to go Rick Case.

I recently went to Rick Case Kia Sunrise to just test drive a vehicle I was interested in. I fell in love with the car, and ended up buying it that day. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. My sales associate, Sean Coleman, made this experience so easy and pleasant. He answered any questions I had, and made sure I did not leave until I was 110% comfortable and satisfied with my new vehicle. I especially appreciated his follow up phone calls, even up to month afterwards. This shows that he actually cares about me as a client, rather than forgetting all about me once the transaction was complete. I highly recommend this location, and Sean, to anyone interested in a Kia.

Had issue with car in service way too long, however dealer was helpful in trading out of the vehicle that was still in service. Everyone is always very nice there. Our sales person Austin was great! They try to take care of their customers.

Ivan Torres is a premium dealer! He is extremely considerate and listens to the needs of his customers. Out of the many many car dealers I have felt with in the past, Ivan is by far the best I have ever worked with. So much so that after purchasing my 2022 Telluride, I had to bring my sister in to get her new K5! He truly has a personal touch that puts a customer at easy when making such a huge purchase. He has the clients interests at heart.
